Varieties but not so clear on food allergy labels

Food was delicious but if you have food allergies…they are not clearly labeled. Most food items are easy to guess what is.

Pros: All vegan

Cons: Food allergy label isn’t clear on 3/4 of items

Amazing taste and choice

I really enjoy the price and taste of the food! It depends on what you put on your place as it is charged by weight. I prefer raw food so I paid 6,50€ for a huge plate of salad and steamed sweet potatoes! They could have an option for raw desserts but that’s complaining on high ends as I really enjoyed it there! Will come back
For sure! Good energy there😄

Pros: Lots of fresh food, Good value for salad, Very friendly staff

Cons: No raw deserts , Heavier food is pricey

Delicious variety - all vegan

A sandwich board in the entry declared that the buffet is now all vegan and that Saturday is also now open until 9pm/21:00. Simply line up (after disinfecting your hands!) and top up your plate. Pay by weight at the scales at the cash register at the end.

Pros: A lot of seating with some seating outside, Fresh healthy dishes, Buy as little or as much as you like

Cons: Pay by weight can quickly add up, Can get busy as it’s popular

Amazing!

It is a self-service restaurant with a lot of options to choose from (many salads and other main dishes). All are very delicius. Deserts are all vegan and yummy, not to sweet which is a major plus for us! There are always a lot of different cakes. There's a water that you can refill anytime, very trendy and clean place, friendly staff. Please visit this restaurant if you are in Graz, it never disappoints! I really really recommend it.

Pros: A lot of options to choose from, Clean, trendy place

best vegan/vegetarian food in town 🌞

Amazing buffet-style restaurant offering a huge variety of high quality vegan & vegetarian food like salads, curries, traditional international & Austrian dishes. Price is determined by the weight of the plate so it can get expensive if its really loaded. Their cake section is on the more expensive side, but tastes amazing! 🍰

Excellent food

Ginko is Graz' most traditional and first vegetarian restaurant, open since decades and very popular. You serve yourself from the buffet (salads, soup, main dishes) and pay per weight at the cash desk. Salads offer a great variety including regional Styrian pumpkinseed oil and there are one or two soups to choose. Several of the main dishes are Indian like curry or pakora, others traditional European, also casseroles, stews and pasta. Food is generally superb there and the variety is ample. Most of it is vegan, there are some vegetarian dishes too, so be sure to check the labels (pots are labeled gluten free, dairy free or vegan).
Food is rather expensive. For water, you pay 50 cents for the glass and can refill for free (pure water or decently flavored by cut fruit).

Pros: Excellent taste, Cozy atmosphere

Cons: Expensive

A vegetarian restaurant that is almost completely vegan.

The food is very good and you pay it per weight. Hence, it may be a little bit expensive.

You have to try the cake! They are awesome!

Pros: Vegan Cakes!

I come here regularly for vegan food

A large choice of different vegan (and some vegetarian) food, that changes continously, but remains always on a high level! Leans somewhat toward Indian style, but also has mediteranean and "local" style food in vegan version. Plus always a substantial salad section. Really always more choices than I can select on a given day. Since going vegan I have somewhat lost my sweet tooth, but when I go for it, I also like the vegan desserts a lot. While it is listed here as medium price I think for the quality of the food, and if you choose right, it is actually possible to eat vegan on a budget here. While it attracts quite a number of customers at peak times, I have never had trouble to find a table, neither on my own or in a group of four.

Pros: large selection of vegan (and some vegetarian) foo, high quality, tasty, fair price

Cons: there aren't really any, except perhaps: not so easy for a large group
