Great place to meet, could have better options

They have vegan options in both food and drinks, which keeps me coming back. However their sandwiches are premade and reheated to order, and not always warm. In addition the sweets are rotational, so not all of them are vegan. Definitely a good place, but a lot of room to improve

Garbanzo Wrap, Pesto Panini, Fruit, & Lattes

Gingko stocks red espresso (a rooibos-based, caffeine-free espresso), which is pretty cool. It has soy, almond, oat, and coconut milk for a 75cent upcharge.

Menu options
1. Garbanzo bean wrap (I got this one -- it was just fine, it was like a salad in a wrap with oil&vinegar dressing. not bad but could have been more flavorful.) (for $7.65)
2. Grilled pesto panini (specify vegan version) (for $6)
3. Fruit cups

Pros: fun art on the walls, decent portion sizes, convenient location

Cons: only two vegan entrees :(, serves a lot of meat/animals, some seating w/o outlets

No vegan scones

3 times I've visited and they haven't had any vegan scones any of the times. They have a vegan peanut butter chocolate rice crispy bar thing, but that's a bit much for 7am.

Soy lattes are fine.

decent

Some clearly labeled vegan options. Have a small vegan bakery case with a rotating selection. Lots of seating inside and out. Friendly staff

Very Nice

It was a nice little place, great environment to sit and chat or do homework. Had the Garbonzo bean wrap. Was delicious! They had a few vegan options, a number of vegetarian and also meat dishes. Will go again for sure!

Pros: Price, Location, Options

Cons: Needed more Vegan options

Gink-good

After living in western Massachusetts for many years, I was disappointed by the *coffee shops* I found here in the twin cities... until now! The vegan scone was great, and there were three different veganizable sandwiches I could have ordered for lunch. Internet access is free and the parking was accessible and also free. They have a small toys-for-sale section with 50-cent small toys for kids. So, while the atmosphere is quite student-esque and it is a good place to go to get some work done without being bothered, people with kids can come here and have something to do for the little ones.

Pros: parking lot, okay to sit for long time, vegan scone and good coffee
