Great Mediterranean food!

This truck has a small menu, but has quite a few vegan options. Only one sandwich is vegan(falafel pita), but the majority of the small plates/apps are vegan. The falafel bites are the only one not vegan, because it comes with tatziki(yogurt) sauce. However, they are happy to substitute with the tahini sauce, which is vegan. My favorite was the Za'atar spiced fries!
