Great Mexican food that can be made vegan!! - Edit
Very accommodating to amendments to make vegan options. I have the bean salad and vegetarian eggplant burrito (removed cheese and sour cream to make it vegan) which was absolutely delicious!! The waitress was very helped in ensuring the food was vegan. I think they can also make vegan pastas.
