Five star food

This place has three Michelin stars and doesn't need my rating, but if you want to throw a truck load of money in your mouth, this is the place!
Absolutely top notch. The service, the tastes, the wine matching, the juice matching.... Can't fault it. We went with one wine match and one non alcoholic, and it was fun to try all the juice variations.

Pros: The tastes , Great service

Cons: Super expensive

This should receive 5 stars at least!

I cannot describe the excellence provided at Geranium. The whole experience was so incredible, it is unmatched in any other food experience in my life. They provided an excellent vegan degustation for me which mirrors the non vegan version but tailored for vegans! Each dish was a symphony of flavours and vas visually so spectacular. They had delicious cocktails which also were tailored to facilitate vegans on request. The staff were fantastic and they placed and removed dishes like a well choreographed dance. The restaurant itself if minimal and oh so Scandinavian and just a pleasure to look at. This is such a special place it is unforgettable.

Pros: Vegan menu available , Ridiculously good food, Impeccable service

Cons: Oh so expensive

Best vegan restaurant in the world

This restaurant is rated the second best in the world and has 3 Michelin stars. That isn’t without reason. This is the best meal I’ve had in my life, also comparing to other 3-starred restaurants who have been amongst top 10 in the world. One of the founders is vegan, so a vegan and vegetarian tasting menu is offered on the same basis as the normal one. Some of the vegan takes on sauces are actually better than the non-vegan versions according to my non-vegan friends who were there with me and tried both.

You need to set aide a good 3-4 hours for a meal like this, but the presentation and the combination of flavours is the best you could ever get.

The sommeliers are also highly competent and will let you taste other bottles of wine they have open. Ordering a glass of champagne when you get there retry much means that someone will refill your glass five times if you want to.

It’s a very expensive restaurant, but the amount of work that goes into creating this experience is incredibly. I’ve been to Geranium seven years ago when it only had two stars. It was amazing back then, but has taken a step up to be the best food and wine experience I have ever had.

The homemade GF bread is also to die for which never happens outside of dreams.

Pros: Fully vegan tasting menu, Also offer GF alongside VG, Amazing wine list

Cons: Expensive
