No longer has vegan baked goods? - Edit
Went in to look for something to eat. Nothing was clearly marked vegan. Asked the staff and they didn't know if anything was vegan. Sounds like it may have changed since some of the older reviews.

Nice shop with a few vegan bread options - Edit
There are a few kinds of vegan bread here and they are rather cheap. But you should come early as those stuff run out rather quickly. They also sell dried stuff such as beans and Japanese food.

Arrive early! - Edit
As others have mentioned, arrive early to purchase bakery items. I have been numerous times too late in the day and been disappointed to find no vegan items, however if you arrive early there are several choices. I have seen a large roll, two types of bread, a small red bean toast and what looked like raisin bread. The sticker makes it super easy to recognise what is vegan.

Small but delicious - Edit
We passed this place by accident today and as I remembered the name from Happy Cow I entered to have a look. True, the selection is not the largest, but vegan pastry is clearly marked and the two products I bought - お赤パン, sweet red bean toast, and ワインパン, wine bread - were convincing. Especially the wine bread's texture is something don't get in Japan easily, strong and tender.

Do not recommend - Edit
The variety is very limited, and they only have squishy bread, or really sweets like muffins or other baked goods

Nice gift shop with vegan breads. - Edit
This was a really nice gift shop, with a variety of vegan breads. The vegan options were clearly marked with the sticker mentioned by geoffmatters. It wasn't too hard to find either, and the location next to Odori park is excellent.

Some vegan goods - Edit
Shop carries baked goods from multiple bakeries. The bakery ていねい🌸さくら館 has some goods with white stickers reading たまご 牛乳 不使用 which indicate vegan goods. See pictures. I had a tasty pink bread with sweet beans. Arrive early for best selection.
