Some plant-based fresh food options

There was still no vegetarian places when we visited El Escorial, so we went to this place offering some options, such as gazpacho and bean salad. I also had their bocadillo vegetal, but I had to ask not to put eggs in it.

Pros: fresh plant-based options

Cons: limited choice
