Ordered the hungry vegan and loved it. Tempeh bacon, egg, cheese, avocado, and hot sauce on a roll. I added lots of ketchup and thought it was really really good. Prices are extremely reasonable too! Highly recommend.

LI Deli with good vegan menu - Edit
Spoke to the owner who decided to add a vegan menu at the suggestion of his kid’s vegan babysitter. He made a wise choice. Hungry Vegan sandwich was perfect for breakfast. Gemini is walking distance from the Marriott nearby.

Solid vegan deli options - Edit
Standard Ny deli with a great vegan menu. Order by the number and letter that’s on the menu, they’re a bit “soup-[censored]-ish” about that. I get the VB2 I think? Tempeh bacon, just egg and vegan cheese on a bagel. Classic sandwich.
