Delicious hummus sandwich with tomato, red onion, cubes, and Za’tar. Served on gorgeous pottery plates. Metal forks. Water available in real glass
Read moreNice artwork on the walls. Probably for sale. Nice tasteful merch. Nice staff.
The design and decor is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I’ve never been a fan of wood paneling until today. Music is eclectic with occasional familiar tunes.
The owners and staff are knocking it out of the park.
Pros: Quality ingredients. , Fabulous decor. , Cool vibe
Cons: Need more vegan offerings. Please!!

Fresh local yums - Edit
I’m a bit sensitive to gluten so I haven’t eaten it for a while however, today I got a sesame bagel with vegan cream cheese and wow. I think it’s the best bagel I’ve ever had. I enjoyed every bite. All the bagels are vegan. The birdseed cookies are also way better than I thought they’d be. The staff is super friendly and I was told in the future they plan to make vegan croissants a thing on the weekends.

Vegan bagels and coffee options - Edit
Unfortunately, both times we were there they were out of vegan bagel toppings other than butter and avocado. A little pricey and the bagels are somewhat tough, but a nice option in a small town. Really cute artwork displayed inside.

Awesome breakfast spot in Bethel - Edit
First time visiting since they opened, it's an adorable spot right in the middle of town. I wasn't expecting much but was thoroughly delighted that they have vegan cream cheese! The menu on Google is outdated and only listed vegan butter but they've got hummus, veg cc, veg butter, and peanut butter as spread options. Oat and almond milk for coffee (minimal upcharge). Plus veg options in their to-go case! It was packed when I arrived (prime Sat morning) so it took maybe ~8 min for my bagel to come out but that gave me time to take pics, investigate their market items, and write my review.😄I had a salt bagel with veg cc, tomatoes, greens, red onions, and capers. Absolutely phenomenal bagel! Super happy I stopped in. Another "gem" for Bethel!!

Cons: No vegan pastries (they all look amazing though), No easy coffee refills (gotta get back in line)

Vegan options beyond birdseed cookies - Edit
I first was going to purchase coffee when I seen that they offered a birdseed cookie. I thought the cookies were for the birds, but then they told me it was for being consumption. We laughed. But then they mentioned their bagels were also vegan, and they offer vegan butter! What a delight! Staff is super friendly and the concept of the development of the shop was cool to hear! You should ask.
