One of my absolute favorites here is their vegan pizzas. They have three delicious options to choose from, and what sets them apart is their proper vegan cheese that actually melts, unlike the store-bought alternatives. The vegan pizzas are a must-try!
I also appreciate the flexibility they offer with their bases. I switch between gluten and gluten-free bases every time I go, and both options are consistently excellent.
Gemellini is undoubtedly a Gold Coast staple that I can't recommend enough. If you're in Mermaid Beach and looking for an exceptional dining experience, this restaurant is a must-visit!
