Cute ice cream place! - Edit
From the other reviews it seems like I missed the flavors I would have preferred, but it was still really good (at least the few spoonfuls I had before a seagull snatched it)

Unbeatable vegan ice cream options - heavenly choices - Edit
I live just outside Brighton and one of the main draws to hop on the train and go into Brighton is Gelato Gusto. There are usually about 8 vegan options - regularly changed with flavours such as 'Ginger nut' 'Cookies and Cream' as well as creamy fruit flavours. I reckon they could dispense with the cows' milk ones and these would sell equally, if not faster, than those - you can't tell the difference. There are a few little tables and chairs around so you can concentrate on mindfully eating your cone or tub watching the amazing Brighton world go by. It's not just the ice cream....it's the whole experience. The staff are absolutely lovely - being rushed off their feet all day (and often with a queue around the corner) they still smile and care, are quick and efficient. And, and.... yesterday, I saw that they are planning to open an outlet right next to the 360I tower thing on Brighton seafront...does life get any better?

Nice ice-cream - Edit
The ice cream is good, and they have a good selection, the cones are also vegan. However the portions are not very big and boho gelatos vegan options are both nicer and you get more for your money, at least in my experience. Would still go back here as it was tasty and they change the flavors regularly

delicious vegan ice cream (left side of counter) - Edit
Amazing vegan ice cream. As you enter, on the right you will see the ice cream counter. The ones on the right are dairy and the 10-12 options on the left are all non-dairy. We tried the vegan toffee, coconut and chocolate chip, and blackcurrant sorbetto. On a precious occasion, I tried a chocolate vegan ice cream also. They were all delicious and very creamy, even the fruit flavours which are "sorbettos" - a cross between gelato and sorbet. They allowed us to try various options before deciding which to buy. They have some seating inside. Queues on sunny days.

Wide choice of vegan ice creams, with cones or hot waffles - Edit
Although this is not an exclusively vegan place (and some of their dishes are sadly served with meat), about half of their ice cream/sorbet cabinet is vegan, giving a choice of 10-12 flavours.
Read moreMost vegan options are clearly marked and the staff seemed quite knowledgeable.
You can have your ice cream in a tub or a vegan cone, and they also have vegan waffles.
Between us we tried 3 flavours - oreo chocolate, caramel, and mango. We found all of them were rich and creamy. The chocolate-lined cone kept its crunch nicely.
We were impressed that a non-vegan place had a waffle option for vegans, which shows some thought. They cook it on a stick so you can just have it sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon or in a bowl with some ice cream.
Pros: Range of vegan flavours (and not only fruit sorbet, Vegan Waffles and chocolate-lined cones, Quite a bit of seating inside
Cons: On sunny days there is a long queue squeezing thro, Serves meat
