Absolutely delicious vegan ice creams! The chocolate is the best - not too over-sweet! Usually many vegan flavour options available. The long lines here in summer are worthwhile - indication of the quality.

The queues are usually long, this gelateria is very popular. Their offer different ice cream flavors which change over time, sometimes very experimental flavors where you usually can't buy anywhere else. For vegans, they unfortunately only have sorbets. They have gluten-free options too but the gluten-free ice cream flavors were not vegan the last time I visited Gelateria di Berna.

Cute Traditional Gelateria in Swiss Capital - Edit
A good friend, and Bernese local, took us to this place (after a brisk swim in the Aare river nearby). They do a great selection of vegan sorbets, including an amazing pineapple and basil flavoured one, and all the cones are vegan. We took ours out to eat on nearby benches in the sun. The servers were super friendly and very happy to let us practice our German out on them!

This location of Gelateria du Berna has probably the longest queues in Bärn, but the wait is worth it. They currently have 7 clearly indicated vegan ice cream. Last time, I tried their beetroot-wasabi and rhubarb flavours. They were both good, but didn't really tasted the wasabi

Only sorbets, no labelling, but good - Edit
Gelateria di Berna doesn't offer plant milk based ice cream nor does it specially label the sorbets (which all are vegan). But the selection is pretty wide, the waffles are vegan, and most importantly the sorbets taste very good. I'd recommend the chocolate and the pineapple/basil one.
