Serves meat, vegan options available. Simple restaurant with a beergarden, surrounded by forestes and meadows. Offers two vegan dishes.
Open seasonal days and hours so check ahead. Closed in winter.
Poor selection, unclear declaration, high prices - Edit
Okay, this menu is absolutely terrible. So many different colors and fonts, lots of puns and dad jokes, no declaration of allergens whatsoever and the few vegan dishes need to be gathered from three different locations in the menu, under "Vorspeisig" ("Starters", or "Starter-ish" if you want to translate the "joke" as well), under "aa auswäddisch aus Südthailand-Malaysia" ("also from abroad, from South Thailand & Malaysia") and under "Wägaan", a pseudo-funny attempt at a phonetic transliteration of the word "Vegan". The one vegan starter are the grilled peperoni, but you wouldn't know unless you ask. Or maybe they made it vegan because I've asked? I don't know, the menu really isn't helping here. The one vegan Thai dish is Massaman (they even wrote it's vegan, yay!) and while it's not bad, at 11,50 € it is totally overpriced. Still better value for money than the "Wägaan" dishes: rice or fries with ratatouille for 10 bucks is a total rip-off, and the third "Wägaan" dish would have been spätzle with ratatoille, if they hadn't added the disclaimer that it's not really "wägan" because they put eggs in their spätzle. Why not just list it as a vegetarian dish then?? Seriously, this menu makes me mad! It's an insult to anyone who has dietary restrictions, needs a modicum of order, lives on a budget or is allergic to dad jokes. At least they didn't use Comic Sans...
