This resort makes the extra effort to provide many delicious and healthy options.
Read moreBreakfast includes fresh juices, fresh fruit, salad, stir fry, gluten free options and even a seperate vegan breakfast menu. In addition the chef hand makes delicious breakfast sausages made from nuts, mushrooms and beans.
The Fish Tale’s Restaurant on the beach includes vegan dumplings, a vegan rice bowl, veggie salad, plant based vegan meat ball plant based green curry, Mediterranean grilled vegetable with vegan mozzarella, plant based Phad kra pow, plant based Larb.
The Evol organic restaurant menu includes plant based samosas, avacado and pomelo tartar, tom yum velli plant based meatball soup, chilled gazpacho, roasted cauliflower and cashew soup, jackfruit pulled pork burger, multi bean rainbow salad, grilled ginger tofu, vegan green tea chocolate brownie, vegan ice cream, sorbet.
