Just a salad bar

Meh. Reviews I think embellished this place. I made my own salad and it was an option, but the atmosphere is completely underwhelming. It's sort of like a salad bar at Bonanza or Golden Corale without the Corale.

Pros: Lots of vegetables

Cons: No vegan specific options

Thumbs Up

Wonderful hosts, truly amazing Vegan breakfast and a very well thought out accommodation in a lovely part of Zadar. We will return!

Love it!

I actually ate here before I became vegan and have gone several more times since then. They have soups labeled so you know if they have animal products in them or not. I enjoy their salads and the large variety of veggies that you can choose from. IF you go to a build your own salad bar at the grocery store this one has two to three times more toppings to choose from.

Pros: Never had a bad experience.

Cons: Wish they had more vegan soups

Wilted, expensive lettuce.

$8-$10 for a regular or large sized plate. Lettuce was wilted and veggies were slimy. 🤢 It was early, 11:30am. Very disappointed.

Pros: Self assembly line

Cons: Expensive

Huge make-your-own salad

For $10 at lunch, you can create a humongous salad with tons of fresh veggies. Awesome!

Pros: Fantastic selection of salad bar veggies, Not expensive!

Favorite Spot in Grand Junction

Salad bar places are rare now days and I love to have them available for fresh healthy options when traveling. I always stop at this spot in town on my way through. It’s completely unassuming, local owned, and no frills. Very basic but has veggie soup and sandwich options (I have not tried) and my favorite: baked potatoes. Wish their Saturday hours were later and sadly not open sundays.

Pros: Fresh salad bar, Quick, Good prices

Cons: Not open Sunday, Closes at 4pm on Saturday
