Decent Vegan Options in DIA - Edit
It was nice to have Mediterranean food while traveling, but the meal was pretty expensive and left a lot to be desired. At least there are vegan options without waiting too long.

Falafel bowl

Pros: Plate full of colors and whole foods

Expensive but okay - Edit
Everything that is vegan is clearly marked. None of the bread-based options were vegan, however the salad and bowl options are. The food was decent, but expensive ($17 for a bowl), although you're at an airport so that's to be expected. Also, the portions are relatively generous for airport food.

Pros: Tasted decent, Relatively filling

Good option - Edit
Pretty good falafels but not the best I’ve ever had. They clearly labeled everything though! Including vegan, vegetarian, GF, and spice levels. It was a good option in the airport.

Best options we found at terminal B - Edit
A nice choose your own style Mediterranean place. Had falafel and mushrooms for your protein options. Lots of veggie and other toppings to add to pitas, bowls or salads. Not the best food but the best option we found in terminal B

Best place in the terminal - Edit
It's the best place in terminal B. But Mediterannean is one of my favorite food styles. You can go somewhere else in terminal B if you want soydogs, but for me, I'll always take Mediterannean over soydogs.

Fresh food, clearly labeled - Edit
Fresh, clearly labeled Mediterranean food, you can't get much better than this at an airport. That quality comes with a price, be prepared to spend 'airport prices' ($15 minimum).

Prob a new favorite in DIA - Edit
I’ve been flying out of DIA my entire life and it’s always been pretty difficult to find fast, good vegan food. Garbanzo has solved every one of my airport food gripes, and for this I am extremely grateful. It’s cheap (for airport food), accessible, and that have so many veg options. Line was really short when I went too. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable about what was and wasn’t vegan. My only issue was that vegan options weren’t clearly marked. Very slay!

Vegan food desert haven - Edit
There were no good options in terminal A so I took the train to terminal B, picked up Garbanzo, and came back. The whole trip took about 15 minutes.
Read moreHad the stuffed pita with falafel and a bunch of other options that were great. It’s a build your own style of setup and there is a sticker over each option clearly showing what is vegan.
I’d recommend this place if you find yourself in the A or B terminal at DEN.
Pros: Not overpriced ($11), Clearly marked vegan options

Great airport food - Edit
Think if it like a Mediterranean Chipotle, but what’s really nice is that all the vegan labels are on the glass so it’s easy to see when you order! I had a falafel bowl, and the staff are more than willing to load up your bowl (it is very filling)! #Veganuary

I was stuck at the Denver airport for a 3 hour layover and was Hungry! I was so very pleasantly surprised to find this spot as it turned out to be full of flavor, satisfying and yet refreshing after a long flight with so many labeled options! I ordered the falafel bowl with almost ALL the vegan trimmings they offered.🥳 Did I mention they use compostable containers that we should all be using at this point?? Yaaaas!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Favorite vegan option at the Denver airport - Edit
They have good vegan options and I came here specifically for the stuffed pita with falafels after reading everyone else's comments. I added seasoned rice, grilled veggies, and a few other things and sauce. You'll see vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free labels over each option in front of you. They really stuffed it so it was worth the price and filled me up. I recommend it for a healthy and filling option!
