Vegan options galore - Edit
I had Mushroom Mutter and whole wheat Roti. Tasted great! It was easy to ask for them to prepare it vegan. Newly remodeled location. I don't think the lunch buffet is available anymore.

I eat here whenever I can. Lots of vegan options. I typically eat off the buffet. The tofu Manchuria is my favorite buffet item. Every item is marked if it's veg or meat so it's clear. The employees are always nice and helpful. Quick to refill your drinks too.

Only Indian food in that area - Edit
Ganesh is the only vegan-friendly Indian food in the Lehi/AF area and is pretty good. Vegan and vegetarian options clearly marked on the menu. I like the vegan samosas and curries.
