Amazing Indian Restaurant with many vegan options - Edit
Found this restaurant on the HappyCow app after recently moving to the area. So glad we tried it, it’s now our favourite restaurant/take away. Staff very welcoming, helpful, and passionate about their food. They are very knowledgeable about vegan dishes and more than happy to veganise most dishes.

Read moreTold them I'm vegan upon arrival and staff happy to recommend dishes, veganize things and brought vegan version of sauce without my asking. Always told me what I could and couldn't have. Just could not have been more thoughtful, which is rare to find in an Omni restaurant!
Food delicious and good choice too. We had a banquet which was £14.95 for poppadom, starter, main, side and dessert - just a shame there was no vegan dessert but I was pretty stuffed!

Local restaurant - Edit
This is a lovely local restaurant out of the city amongst green fields. It is attached to a newly renovated pub with plenty of parking. The staff are absolutely beautifully friendly, attentive and helpful. Their knowledge of vegan food was excellent, they explained it was cooked separately to avoid cross contamination and even explained that the chocs at the end weren’t vegan but the lollies were. The food was amazing, I had a bhuna with chilli rice which was perfectly spicy and tasty. The options on the menu are good and well marked. They said they would like more vegans to visit so I said I’d tell my vegan friends!! Also good veggie options and 15% off takeaway collect.
