Not much taste - Edit
There’s about 5 menu items total, of which one is vegan. You’d think that means they did something with it to set it apart from the others or an interesting taste element. Nope! Just the most basic ingredients at the same price as the expensive meats, fish and eggs.

There wasn’t so many ramen options to pick from overall so they only had one vegan option (to which you had the oppotunity to add egg to). There was a couple of vegan sides. The food was very nice but the portions were a bit too small if you’re very hungry.

Delicious Ramen and Dumplings! - Edit
We had the vegan ramen, vegan dumplings and steamed edamame. The food was really tasty - albeit on the salty side - and we throughly enjoyed it all! The selection and preparation of the vegetables in the ramen soup and dumplings was spot on.

We went to their restaurant in M. P. Bruuns Gade which is cosy and features an open style kitchen.

Great food and atmosphere! Staff was friendly and the ramen was very good! Make sure to also have the vegan gyoza, as they were suuuper good!

Their vegan ramen is some of the best I've tried! Homemade noodles and a lovely flavourful broth.

They offer vegan gyozas as well, but their taste was a bit bland imo.
Try their homemade lemonade! Can be mixed with whiskey if you're into that.

The staff is nice and the food in general tastes good. However I was disappointed to see that my VERY expensive vegan ramen was missing multiple of the ingredients listed on the menu and was lacking flavour.
