What a pleasant surprise while driving through town. Even though it's the only vegan restaurant, the food was great.

Hidden Oasis - Edit
We were passing through on a family trip and after a week of camping and eating at mediocre restaurants southern Utah I insisted we stop for a vegan meal.
Read moreAs we pulled up, this cafe was hidden and we wouldn’t have noticed it. Then walking in, we knew we were in the right spot. It had all the things: the music, the vibe, the cute tables inside and out, the friendly staff, the clean bathroom, etc.
Oh and the food! I got an “egg” sandwich that was amazing. As a vegan I typically don’t like egg and meat substitute products but this sandwich was perfect.
My family got, a banana and fruit parfait, chia parfait, açaí smoothie and sweet waffle. I tried them all and they were amazing!
The coffee was great too with so many choices.
I will absolutely be back next time I am in the area!
Pros: 100% vegan, Healthy, fresh, plant based, Excellent vibe

This place was a wonderful stop on our road trip to spend a couple hours drinking coffee, hanging out, and eating! The outdoor seating is awesome, the staff was wonderful, and the food was fantastic! We got coffees, açaí bowls, and breakfast burritos! My husband loved the sauce in the burrito. We will definitely come again if ever in the area!

Outstanding! - Edit
Given that St George isn’t a vegan town, while on vacation, we had breakfast every day at Gaia’s. The staff was great, the food & beverage options were varied & reasonably priced & the food was fresh & nicely flavored. They also had indoor & outdoor seating to suit your Individual Covid needs. They’re closed on Sundays & Mondays but open til 8pm on other nites.

Amazing gem - Edit
Went on a trip to Hurricane and this was the closest all vegan spot nearby, so glad we stopped to check it out! I loved the breakfast burrito, southwestern rice bowl, and the nachos! If I only had to pick one it would be the nachos. We also tried the roast beef sandwich but I found it to be a bit dry. They have limited drinks, but I’d say the flavor of the items we ordered more than make up for it! Definitely check it out if you’re in the area.

Delicious 100% plant-based cafe in St. George! - Edit
A surprising find that is not to be missed while in the St. George area. We ordered ahead online so our lunch was ready when we arrived. Cute and comfortable outdoor patio was just we needed after a morning of hiking. Love that everything is vegan. Vegan Roast Beef sandwich (add some vegan bacon!) and breakfast burrito not to be missed! Can’t wait to return.

Tasty, artsy, and pleasant - Edit
The vegan BLT was very tasty, and so was the spring drink special “Mall Goth” — cold Earl gray tea with lemonade, blackberry, raspberry and something else. I was wearing all black as usual, so I thought I’d try it. Kid-friendly and a pleasant, artsy environment. Our kid loved the peanut butter and banana toast with a caramel drizzle!

delicious sandwich and brownie - Edit
the roast beef sandwich was great (hint: put the side of coleslaw in the sandwich) and the brownie was a wonderful chewy texture. the smoothie bowl is another tasty option. i would have liked more of a panini type sandwich or at least roasted cheese, but it was great regardless.

I landed upon Gaia's Garden in Utah on a recent road trip.
Read moreThe full menu is so impressive with a range of breakfast, lunch, dinner and treats along with an extensive coffee and matcha* menu. *My fave
I opted for the breakfast burrito with a Pisces matcha and I have to give both of them 10/10.
Service was amazing and the store also has a little stand where you can purchase hand-made goodies by local artists: Jewelry, Christmas decorations, candles etc.
Pros: Food = amazing, Matcha list was so extensive, Service was super fast and the staff were so sweet
