Excellent! - Edit
We loved this place! The service was friendly and helpful, the outdoor patio was relaxing and shady, and the food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. We ordered the Buddha Bowl (light curry on the hot garbanzos plus hot brown rice, the spinach was nicely softened but not wilted by the hot items, cool cucumber dice and shredded radish provided a nice contrast); the Breakfast Burrito (nicely seasoned sausage plus tofu scramble and home fried potatoes, all wrapped in a wheat tortilla and toasted); Tomato Soup (rich and tangy, delicious with the thick sourdough toast); and a lemon cookie (yummy super lemon flavor but too buttery for my taste). I would definitely recommend this place.

Such a great find! - Edit
On our way to Moab we pulled off at an exit and decided to check Happy Cow, so glad we did! I had the Godfather Toast which was so tasty. My husband had the Buddha Bowl and loved it. The coffee and lemon drop cookies were the perfect way to end our lunch and get back on the road. 5 stars all the way!

Super yummy and fast - Edit
Had tried to stop in once before while driving cris country but they were closed. Now I have friends in St. George and we stopped in for take out. I’m the only vegan so it was a much needed option. Ordered a BLT for me and nachos for the others. The large is so big that a few people eating from it couldn’t finish it. Love the outdoor seating area and all of the staff is just great! Highly recommend.

Great Options - Edit
Visiting the area and needed a hearty breakfast after a morning run. Unfortunately the breakfast burrito was sold out, but luckily the biscuits and gravy did not disappoint. The gravy was flavorful and the biscuits were very good on their own. Will come back to try other items when I am in town.

Thank God for Gaia - Edit
Gaia garden Cafe is the only all vegan restaurant in St George, utah. Their menu is not very extensive but what they do have is yummy and most importantly, they have two to three desserts everyday to choose from. Hallelujah! It's also really nice that they are now open on Sundays and they have live music by local artists! Super fun place to hang out in a casual relaxed environment.

Excellent sandwiches and treats! - Edit
My husband and I got the roast beef sandwich and the BLT, both full of flavor. The strawberry roll was great but the lemon loaf was even better. We ended up going more than once during our trip to the area because we love to support 100% vegan places!

OMG the best ever. - Edit
They have indoor and outdoor seating. Incredible food, I had the Roast Beef and took a giant salad, soup and deserts home. Everything was excellent. The employees are all friendly. Do expect a line during prime hours. This is my new favorite restaurant, I just wish it was closer to my house.

Fun Vibes and Good Food - Edit
Great place for a vegan meal! Everything I have had here has been great. The nachos were delicious, and they are generous with their portions. The BLT was crispy, and the horseradish was a good touch. The egg sandwich was perfect. The seasonal pumpkin spice chai was a real treat. The person behind the counter was very friendly and gave good recommendations. The vibe of this place is fun, and it is worth a visit or two.

I LOVE finding places that are completely Vegan ~no need to ask about ingredients. 😁 It’s particularly rare to find Vegan baked goods, and these are delicious. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I was in town to support my friends during their trial against Smithfield Foods (they rescued two piglets) and was worried about finding vegan food in town. Not only was their BLT, roast beef sandwich and breakfast burrito amazing, the owner was so friendly and was curious about the trial

I'm visiting St. George and ate here four times, a different dish every time. They have all been better than many vegan restaurants in Los Angeles where competition is fierce. Gaia wins!

I do agree the best nachos anywhere. Brought my friend that I’m visiting. She is not vegan and she agreed about the nachos. We bought a large and still couldn’t finish it. Everything else there looks great.

Was a little underwhelmed but happy to have this place in the area. The Buddha avocado toast was kind of more like guacamole toast but the chickpeas had a lot of flavor. My friend had the breakfast burrito and was pretty happy with it! Staff was lovely and place was clean, would definitely say this is the best in the area.

I’m so glad I found this place in Happy Cow! It is a cute place with a small but good menu. I had the Buddha bowl. My husband had the “roast beef.” Delicious and filling. I would love to try more in their menu.
