Small fabulous menu - Edit
Just a 15-minute walk from my hotel, this spot initially looked limited, but after a late night, it seemed like the best option. The sausage rolls and cakes looked fantastic, and while a bap was tempting, I went for the onion bhaji wrap instead.
Read moreHaving traveled quite a bit, my idea of breakfast has evolved beyond the usual—I’ve had congee in Korea, dosas in the Maldives, and all kinds of hawker stalls in Singapore. Maybe an onion bhaji wrap is a Sheffield specialty?
The coffee was great and beautifully presented, and the wrap itself was huge for the price. As soon as I took a bite, I was hit with an incredible mix of flavors: spices, raita, and chutneys reminding me just how good an onion bhaji can be. It got a bit messy as the wrap started to leak, but it was a deliciously chaotic eat—I probably looked like a vegan Hannibal Lecter!
Overall, a great option in the city.
Pros: All vegan food, Staff , Tasty

I love Gaard - Edit
I love Gaard, and pop in every time I'm passing. Sometimes I contrive reasons to pass 😁
Read moreI recommend the No Hoisin Duck baguette, the No Coronation Chicken is also nice.
The vegan sausage rolls are awesome, and do try the Biscoff Cheesecake, it's fabulous. Service is always cheerful, and if you have time to sit in, it's got a nice vibe. The seating area upstairs is cosy and there is free WiFi. There is a downstairs loo also, and flat access through the main door.
Pros: The food is always delicious., The staff are always friendly and efficient., The cafe has a very nice vibe.
Cons: I wish I was able to go every day., A lift to the upstairs would make it perfect.

I had a slice of banana bread, and we couldn't leave without buying more! I'm not in Sheffield often, but anytime I am, I will definitely be stopping here
Pros: All foods vegan, Can park close
Cons: Serve dairy

Cute lil café - Edit
Lots of vegan stuff, I had the vegan duck sandwich and it was both tasty and filling. I feel like I need to come back and try everything they have in the menu.

Oh My Gaard! - Edit
Popped in for lunch after a lovely morning at the nearby Weston Musuem and ordered the gaard dog with added smoky cheese, which was absolutely delicious. We also shared a very refreshing papaya, pineapple and mango smoothie.
Read moreStaff were friendly and as with the other site, there is a nice vibe and ample seating. I was too full for a treat afterwards but will be sure to get one when I visit again.

The sausage and hashbrown muffin was awesome. Would recommend this one!
Hot chocolate and coffee was good :)

I'm visiting frequently - Edit
I've been here several times, mostly for coffee and their croissants but I have not eaten savoury food here as often. Last week I decided to get one of their Gaard bowls, which, according to the menu, includes leafy greens, grains, and a number of options for topics. I chose the one with kebab and it came as a Greek Style salad. It was really good and filling. However I couldn't find any grains so I asked the lady at the till what they were and she said it was the couscous with vegetables. I pointed out that there was none of that in my salad and was told "oh, I must have forgotten to put them in", and that was it. I don't think that's a great way of dealing with having forgotten part of a customer's order.

Good coffee, disappointing food - Edit
Got the breakfast bagel, it's a shop-bought bagel, a round sausage, one slice of cheese and one of bacon for £5. Was nothing special, didn't have much taste. Was disappointed after having a huge, delicious, handmade bagel with loads of fillings at Tigs the day before. Non dairy milk is oat. Cake selection looked good.
