Proper pie and mash - Edit
Great place to get proper pie and mash but vegan. So cheap and quick. Two people, both had pie and mash with a drink and only paid around £11/12. Friendly staff and traditional setting

east london vibe - Edit
Nice little local cafe. opens late on West Ham match days. They have vegan pie & mash, crumble and icecream! Crumble and icecream was really tasty. Cheap and satisfying. Although we were told there's no oat milk to go with the tea.

Mostly vegan, by accident & design! - Edit
This place has been selling pie mash and liquor for about 100 years. They sell eels, beef pie or vegan pie, served with mash (ve) and liquor (parsley, flour and water and therefore vegan). Its simple, inexpensive and great. Proper, classic London food.

Cockney Kings - Edit
It's great that vegans get the chance to savour a dish from such a veritable East End establishment that has been serving pie, mash, and liquor since the 1920s. The vegan pie option, served by a pleasant lady, has a rich soya mince filling. Very inexpensive.

Tasty traditional pies - Edit
G Kelly makes amazing vegan pies that are tasty and good value. Very friendly staff and so welcoming to vegans. Try the liquor (non alcoholic parsley sauce) for the traditional taste. Highly recommended.

Wish I could give it 5 stars - Edit
I've been here so many times and every time the staff have been incredible. I'm so glad it's on happy cow now, as this place does the best vegan pie I've tried. Recommend the rhubarb crumble too!

Great pies and great service - Edit
Clearly labelled vegan options, and really tasty. Inexpensive. Can buy frozen vegan pies to take away and cook at home (4 for £6). Staff are friendly, great service.
