Country pub with a handful of vegan options

Great for anyone staying in/around Whitby. This is a village pub which has a large menu with 2-3 vegan options such as burgers, sausage and mash, and curry. Also dog friendly 🐶
Would book rather than turn up if you’re wanting a table.

Pros: Village pub vibes, Vegan options, Generous portion sizes

Cons: Bit of a wait on food, Can get busy even mid-week

Selection of clearly labelled vegan options

A couple of curries/burger options and sausage and mash all clearly labelled as vegan on the menu. Sausage and mash was a smaller portion than other food ordered but was nice and service was fast. Not bad for a small local pub.

Pros: Clearly labelled vegan options, Fast service , Fairly priced

Good vegan options

For a small village pub, the variety of vegan options was great. Good hearty pub grub and multiple vegan options in every section of the menu including curry, lasagna, veggie burger, and another option I can't remember! They even had vegan lemon mirangue sundae!

Pros: Good vegan options, lovely atmosphere, lovely staff

Cons: lasagna lacked depth of flavour
