Serves meat, vegan options available. Assembly line style sushi restaurant chain in Ohio. Create your own rolls and bowls. Has veggies and brown rice option. Be sure to specify no mayonaise, etc. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.
Their tofu + kale bowl is delicious, but over the last 2 years I've noticed the amount I'm given has gone down and doesn't really seem worth the price tag. But you can choose your own veggies as you go down the line, and you end up with a great, colorful, fresh bowl that's a great meal when you're in a hurry. Choose between brown and white rice, the tofu is well made, avocado, beets, etc. The dressing is light and crisp, great overall meal.
The vegan sushi rolls are great as well, add a lot of options you wouldn't get at traditional sushi restaurants.
Great selections of meats and veggies, brown and white rice, seaweed and gluten-free "seaweed" paper (guy behind the counter said people order is because it gives you more flavor, and the seaweed sometimes distracts from the flavors of the fillings - who knew!)
Very vegan friendly here too. I loaded half my roll with tofu, have with mushrooms (both considered a protein) and then come green onions, avocado, carrots, beets, and a few other things. They asked about cutting it on the machine used for meat-filled sushi and when I said "no" they hand cut the sushi.
Plenty of sauces to choose from, as well as the ability to make a sushi bowl (kind of like poke). Very very pleased with this awesome chain and hope to see if expand in the future.

Good veg options - Edit
I like that you can get another wrap other than seaweed. The soy option is good and I like they have tofu and fresh veggies to pick from!

Good quick option - Edit
We order from fusian quite often since its a healthier option. Ingredients are always fresh and their tofu is pretty good.
