The chipotle of Korea - Edit
I loved this place! You use a digital kiosk (that can be translated into English) to customize how you want your items. Besides veggies they have faux chicken & teriyaki fried tofu. I tried both and I much preferred the tofu, had great flavor! Veggies were super crisp & rice was perfectly cooked. I added the fried garlic in to my gimbap and it was a great addition, would suggest that to my fellow garlic lovers out there!
Read morePro Tip: don't be like me and think you cat eat gimbap & bibimbap.. I hadn't eaten at all that day yet and I still could not finish it all and felt like I needed to be rolled out of there. It's a lot of food.
Besides that, the team who works there was hustling, they checked on my because they felt like I had been waiting for a while but coming from working in retail management for most of my adult life, I was not waiting long what so ever and it was nice to see them looking out for their customers among the lunch rush. The girl at the counter even made sure we were able to fully understand each other and whipped out her phone to translate between us! She was super sweet and also gave me a cute little gimbap pin.
Other things to note: only 1 order kiosk and I went around 1pm so it was a bit hectic in there trying to order. No restroom, and would be a nightmare for someone with mobility issues as it's super small and cramped in there
Pros: Fresh food, Tons of options, Incredibly hardworking & friendly staff
Cons: No restroom, Warm/muggy

Amazing!! - Edit
Kimbap place close to Seongsu and Ttukseom stations. Easy to order from the kiosk, two vegan options: fried tofu and veggie. Just remove egg (might have been written as just ‘garnish’ in English). Very delicious and filling as well as cheap. Definitely visiting here again!

Easy breezy vegan kimbap - Edit
Usually when ordering kimbap, you have to tell them to take all the non-vegan ingredients out, but not here. You order via kiosk or Naver and you can select no egg(지단) and it’s done! No ham, crab, or eggs in my kimbap! The kiosk includes English.
