Surprisingly interesting and local meal.

I was suprised that a norwegian restaurant not only had a vegan option, but it had a local, comfort dish. The Vegan Pot this time of year (winter) had pickled salty carrots, which added a unique taste. I left feeling happy and well fed.

I did not ask if their beer was vegan.

Pros: Comforting, Portion, Well-labeled menu

Cons: Only one or two options
