Meh - Edit
I really wanted to like Full Bloom but this experience really wasn’t great. Service was slow/sloppy: they had no record of our reservation, bought me the wrong drink, bought my husband the wrong main and forgot to bring me the dessert I ordered and then added 18% service charge, as standard. Then there was the cost: $8 for pretty rubbish sweet potato fries. I was gobsmacked. To be fair my Beyond Burger and tiramisu were tasty but my husband’s Mac N Cheese was sub-par. For a self-described gourmet restaurant it was wide of the mark, I’m afraid.

Very good experience - Edit
Came here on a whim after googling options. Weird setup on the patio/porch of a hotel but that didn’t take away from experience. Definitely love and passion go into this food. Nachos amazing, beyond burger outstanding, lentil soup yummy, ravioli very good, tiramisu excellent, lava cake delicious! Prices are very high but nothing new in Miami right? We came back a second time we enjoyed the food so much. Even 2 non vegans in the group loves it. The also have a great wine list!

Delicious food - Edit
We visited this restaurant today while in town only for the weekend and I am so glad we did. The good was absolutely delicious and flavorful. The kale salad was one of the best ones we have ever tried. I did like the flavor of the mock tuna sandwich but it was a little heavy on the avocado side for my taste. The special of the day soup was so yummy. We tried both the Tiramisu and the chocolate lava cake and we both decided for sure the Tiramisu won us both over. The ambience on the patio was nicely decorated tables .

Absolutely delicious - Edit
Very filling portions, split the peruvian causa with my dad as an appetizer and we were both almost full off that and it was delicious. We are peruvian and it tastes the same as non vegan causa. Then I had the gnocchi and my dad had fajitas and they were both delicious! The gnocchi wasn't as large as the fajitas but I was satisfied because the cause before. Whenever I am in miami I will always come back.

Great lunchtime breakfast - Edit
Was hesitant to come, because of the bad reviews, but it is great here. We had the breakfast plate and the lox bagel and soy cappuccinos. Very nice seating. Same prices, but much better than love live cafe! Highly recommend.

Extremely Disappointed! - Edit
I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews and I particularly don't like to leave a bad review on a 100% vegan restaurant. However, I think it is important to share my honest opinion in hopes that things get better and to let other readers know of my experience.
Read moreWe visited Full Bloom based on the strength of the reviews. Based on the prices, we were expecting a nice dining room and we were surprised that the only seating option was outside on the front porch of a hotel. I know that is common in Miami, but based on the high prices, it is not what we were expecting. To make matters worse, it was hot outside and there was no fan on our side of the seating area. Also, there was loud music at the facility next door that was not consistent with a quiet dinner environment.
Now for the food. For appetizers, I ordered the buffalo cauliflower and my girlfriend ordered the mac & cheese. The cauliflower was very good. The Buffalo sauce was identical to my memory of Buffalo Wings. The mac & cheese however, was very bland and at $13.50 for an appetizer, it was definitely disappointing. For main course, we ordered what our waiter said was their two most popular dishes, the Full Bloom Ravioli and the Jack Fruit Platter. The ravioli was 7 small pieces for $22.50 and again, very bland. The Jack Fruit Platter was a hearty size, which was great. But the taste again was bland and nothing special.
While we were in town, we also visited the 100% vegan restaurant Planta, which is also very pricey, however their food was absolutely amazing. The chefs at Planta created incredible flavors and their dining room was also beautiful. It was exactly what we expected for the price and we will return to Planta. However, we definitely will not go back to Full Bloom. If you are in that part of South Beach, walk around the corner to the Time Out Market and go to Love Life Cafe. Their food is outstanding at half the price.
Pros: 100% Vegan
Cons: Bland food, The quality of food for the price was terrible!, No dining room, seating was outside, hot & noisy

Amazing Impossible Burguer - Edit
I come back here every time just to have one more taste at their amazing impossible burguer. I brought to this place several meat-eaters friends, and they were all mesmerized with it. They have several other options too, and delicious deserts. Service is also great.

Expensive, but luxurious - Edit
Great location with an amazing view of the Miami waterfront and skyline. It's not cheap though, so really only a place to go for a special occasion or a one-off visit to try. We had the mac 'n cheese (the only let down as it just tasted strongly of turmeric), the stuffed mushrooms, the ravioli (amazing) and the tofu dish. There was a full drinks list, including bubbles - all vegan of course, which was a great treat.

I don’t know if we chose the wrong things, but the curry was tasteless and also was the pasta. Too expensive tho. We never came back.

Fabulous Food AND Service! - Edit
The food is so amazing we returned on this trip to Miami rather than try a new place. There are pages of vegan menu options, and every single item we ordered was delicious. We love the patio with linen table cloths, little vases of flowers, and friendly staff. We ordered the buffalo cauliflower bites for an appetizer and they were perfectly spicy. The impossible burger, ravioli and fajitas were all delicious and full of flavor. They have around 8 vegan dessert options which is such a nice treat. The cheesecake and tiramisu, with an amazing glass of grappa to accompany it, were fabulous! Thank you for a lovely evening!

Food was amazing!! - Edit
I went to Miami for vacation/cruise and we decided to come here while waiting to check into my hotel. It was a short walk from South Beach! I decided to try the impossible burger for the first time! The food was amazing to say the least. However, there were some issues with the service, once we were done eating we asked for the check it took at least 10 minutes to get the check, we had to ask both waitresses for the check. Once it arrived we paid with a credit card once they ran the card they gave the card to someone else at a different table! Which is not acceptable! The food is the only reason why I gave so many stars.

Meh - Edit
It’s definitely vegan however the menu is all over the place. Which mean they don’t focus on perfecting certain types of cuisines. We had : king oyster mushroom scallops (appetizer), nachos and ravioli as entrees and none of that had a wow factor!

Was excited to come based off of the reviews but wasn’t impressed. The cauliflower wings were heavy and dense, not crispy, and the cauliflower itself was very soft. The gnocchi was good but the drinks and dessert was even just mediocre.

I loved this restaurant - Edit
I really did love this place and am planning to go back a number of times during my week in South Beach. The setting is lovely with outdoor seating, the waitstaff was so very friendly and helpful and the food was over the top delicious. I had the cream of zucchini soup and the raw tacos, both were incredibly delicious. The serve locally brewed Kombucha and the desserts looked amazing. Please try this place when in South Beach, you will not be disappointed.
