I was looking forward to eating at Full Bloom. The spicy cauliflower bites/wings tasted great. I’m a big fan of Gnocchi which is on the kids menu, I was able to pay more to make it an adult meal. Sadly, the gnocchi was very bland/not enjoyable.
Read moreThe service could have been more attentive. I wanted a spoon as well and understandably the person who brought my food out from the kitchen was busy and walked away too quickly to ask. My waiter was not busy, he and other staff chatted close to the entrance and it took a long time to get someone’s attention. When he brought the bill I already had my card in hand, but he put the bill down and walked away quickly, he didn’t seem to be busy and I had to flag him down to pay. #Veganuary

Everything about this dining experience is PERFECTION. The venue is beautiful, comfortable and beachy. The staff is warm, attentive and knowledgeable. The food is creative and DELICIOUS. I have so MUCH LOVE for this restaurant!!!!

Staff are great but food is high priced mediocrity. Cauliflower wings, you get three 2" wings that are so so. Elsewhere for less $, l've gotten a bowl full of cauli wings that were crispier, crunchier, tastier. The black eyed peas curry was tasty but not exceptional. The tiramisu was too bitter and the crunchy presumably chunks of crushed coffee bean were just too crunchy. The tiramisu didn't have true tiramisu flavor. Not very close, either, imo.

Read moreI visited during lunchtime. The menu was very limited and basically boring. All of the things I wanted to try were M.I.A. I settled for a buffalo cauliflower sandwich. The sandwich was actually very good but also extremely basic in the vegan game. There was nothing extraordinary about the food or the restaurant to warrant the hype or the prices. The service was lackluster and my water glass was dirty. The bathroom was dirty and out of soap at the beginning of the lunch shift. How?? My entire experience was just bad. I won’t be back.

The food here was absolutely incredible and I enjoyed every bite! I had the patacones appetizer and am still thinking about it days later! It was so good. For my entree I had the japchae which was also delicious! Apart from the food, the restaurant was so nice! Definitely an upscale experience. I am literally planning another trip to Miami to come back to this restaurant!

Wow the Roasted Tenderloin! - Edit
I got the roasted tenderloin which was absolutely amazing. The flavor combo is perfection. The crust on tenderloin is so on point. It’s not trying to imitate anything, it’s just a good stand alone dish. The Brussels sprouts were roasted perfectly and the onions added a nice sweetness. The sweet potato mash adds a nice velvety texture that honestly makes the dish. Not only does this taste amazing, but the textures and fragrances are amazing too!

Really loved this meal - even my non vegan husband loved it. I loved the organic and vegan wine options and that there were both fast food type apps and higher end options too. Loved that there was a lot of variety in flavor profiles too. We had the tostones with Korean jackfruit and the wings (our fave) as appetizers, along with the truffle pasta and the mushroom pasta as mains and tiramisu for dessert. They also happily accommodated our baby in the stroller too! Going to try to come back for lunch before our flight. #Veganuary

Thoughtful food in good atmosphere - Edit
This isn’t your average vegan restaurant with burgers or other processed vegan “dupes” for dinner. They have really thoughtful meals made with quality ingredients. My meat-eating guest LOVED it! It was a great fancy meal outside. Would make for a nice date night. I was surprised to get a 7:30 reservation last-minute on a Thursday night but it all worked out! Staff is really kind and it’s a relaxing environment.

It‘s nice that they only serve vegan and non-GMO food (as they claim) but tbh we didn‘t really like it. We ordered the burger and burrito for lunch, the servings were small and expensive and it wasn‘t well flavored. I guess americans consider this type of food as very healthy but for us it was very fatty. It didn’t seem authentic. The service was good tho.
