Excellent! - Edit
This restaurant is top notch! We loved everything we ordered. The mujadara was great and my 6 year old loved the meatloaf! My 2 year old loved the Mac from the kid’s menu. This was a hit. We will definitely be back before our time in Miami Beach is over!

Expensive but so good! - Edit
The food here was outstanding! Ordered the carne asada tacos from the brunch menu with mushrooms and they were the best tacos I’ve ever had (though $21 for 3 small tacos). I didn’t love that the waiter told me the air conditioning inside essentially doesn’t work because the doors are open and the only “cool” seating is outside on the terrace by the ceiling fan. It’s Miami - it’s SO HOT. It’s also attached to a hotel so people are constantly walking up and down the terrace by your table going in and out of the hotel. For the price I was paying I expected a much better atmosphere. Food: amazing! Atmosphere: not so great.

Super yummy food! Not a lot of options, but the options they have are all amazing. Located in a cute cozy spot, it’s super romantic. My boyfriend took my here for my birthday!! And the staff is so friendly!! The only thing is that the desserts are SUUPER small like I need three more of what I ordered to do me justice lol

Full Bloom - Edit
Beautiful restaurant and seating. While the food was delicious, it didn’t seem there were many menu options with protein, which is something I would have preferred to have more of. Nevertheless, the fried cauliflower sandwich and yuca fries were really good. We also had the Cuban bowl without rice and liked it too; however, we did not like the sauce in the cauliflower and onion mixture. It looks like there are more protein options on the dinner menu in case that matters you too.😄

So nice! - Edit
So many things to try! We had the Yakiton, Bocaditas, Empanadas, Chickpea Loaf, Haupia Pudding, Lava Cake, and cappuccinos. It was one of those meals where every bite was like, “Oh wow. This is soooooo good.” We loved everything but our hands down two favorite things were the Yakiton and Haupia Pudding.

Great Fancier Food - Edit
The food is great at full bloom all the appetizers we had were phenomenal and the drinks and entrees were great too - with just one miss!
Read moreWe had the Caesar Salad, Kebabs, and Cauliflower each one was tasty with the cauliflower being the favorite.
For entrees we got the mushroom pasta dish, Meatloaf w/ Mac, raw pad Thai, and Spicy noodles. The Meatloaf dish and the pasta dish were highlights; order them if they sound good to you! The raw pad Thai is what you expect also a little saltier, but an option if looking for something lighter or raw. The Spicy Noodles were a little disappointing with large slices of Seitan on top, they were a bit dry and cut like lunch meat. I think seitan chunks mixed into the noodles would have made more sense.
Pros: Full bar, Friendly staff, Great apps
Cons: Spicy Noodles’ seitan , Pricy

Good, but could be great. - Edit
I really enjoyed the appetizers. They were the real show stopper for me. The main course was good, but the dinner menu had no real theme. I think they could do more to build the menu around a focused style of food, or even do a tapas style restaurant.
Read morePrice was to be expected for a vegan restaurant on south beach. So, unlike what many have said, that was not an issue for me.
Over all the experience was good, and if I had the chance I would go back and try the lunch menu.
Pros: Fully vegan, High quality ingrediants
Cons: Service was alright, but could have been better.

I totally agree with this review! I loved the appetizer, I had cauliflower wings and they were the best I’ve ever had. The main course was ok, but wouldn’t order it again. I would stick to appetizers here.

Nice but pricey for what you get - Edit
Beautiful, low-key restaurant in South Beach with a nice outdoor seating area. The carbonara was good, but the mushrooms were a bit burnt and the texture of the spaghetti was a bit odd (I think it’s made from farro). The tiramisu and Hawaiian haupia were delicious, but the portions were a little small for the price we paid. The Caesar salad was excellent - I loved that they used yucca croutons instead of bread croutons! Service was friendly and efficient. Overall I’d recommend this place to any vegan or veg-curious people visiting the area!

All about the Truffle Aioli - Edit
Fantastic lunch, and really sweet service. Had the vegan Truffle Yuca Fries - the truffle aioli was the real show stopper here, absolutely incredible. I got the added truffle (thought it was a $3 increase, not $15, alas) which wasn’t worth it/didn’t add to the dish. Also had the vegan Carnitas Tacos - pretty darn good and a great size dish for lunch.

I got 2 orders of the yakiton because it was so freaking good, the carbonara and the brownie. Came to $80 but I would spend it again because it’s that good.

Small menu. Tasty but overpriced. $32 for faux meatloaf and $18 for small piece of what tasted like store-bought cheesecake #Veganuary

Fancy-ish vegan! - Edit
During our vacation at Miami Beach, we are at Full Bloom twice - once for for lunch and once for dinner. We really enjoyed most of the food we ate, especially the nachos, tacos, and fried rice bowl! However, I thought my pasta was too salty. The portion sizes were large and plated well. We loved the outdoor seating and fancy-ish vibe. However, the service was quite poor both times we went. Maybe they were understaffed this week, but we felt forgotten by our waiter several times. Overall though, delicious meals!

I love Planta but this place is our favorite. White tablecloths but casual crowd. Massive, well-thought out dishes. Fabulous patio nestled hilariously across two hotels. Incredible cocktails. Definitely do the brunch here first, no reservations needed, but recommend reservations for dinner!

The mushroom dishes seem to be a house specialty, but believe me everything tastes great.
Cocktails & drinks menu were a super extra added to complete the meal
If you have room vegan desserts 🍮 are yummy 🤤
The ambiance is inviting casual and warm. You could spend hours here
Advisable to place a reservation beforehand because it gets really busy for dinner
Chef Rojas will have you coming back time and time again

Sorry - Edit
I always try to support vegan establishments but I honestly don’t think I will be returning. Some of the problem is the US to CAD exchange rate, so a $20 dollar dish is $30 for me. That being said my bill for one appetizer and one entree with a glass of tap water and tip was $90 Canadian. And for that amount of money I want my socks blown off. The appetizer, Yakiton, was tasty but you are paying mainly for the Lions Mane quality, not quantity, so no problem there. The entree however, Mushroom Mujadara, was far too salty. The portion size was good but overall it was a disappointing experience. I like to find vegan restaurants in the cities I travel to for work and as I said before I don’t think I’ll be returning to this one.
