Good food poor service - Edit
Fully vegan restaurant with a wide selection of dishes, fairly expensive but worth every penny. The bad rating is due to the service, they force 18% tip without letting you decide how much you recon the food/service deserved. They place well-dresses people infront and hide casually dressed visitors deep within the restaurant out o sight for the public. And worst of all, they begged us to give them a good review on yelp. It's really disappointing because I would love to try more of their dishes, haven't decided if it's worth it yet.

5 star service 0 star food. - Edit
I really wanted to love this place. It's close to our hotel and we were very happy to find it on our first night. We ordered the impossible burger and the ravioli, the burger tasted bland and the ravioli was ok. I blamed it on the impossible burger and decided to come back for breakfast a day later.
Read moreOur waitress was very nice just like our waiter on the first day. I wanted to try the beyond burger this time and it wasn't available, same as many other items on the menu... No big deal.
We ordered the cheese plate, Toona sandwich, and the omlette.
The cheese plate had a piece that tasted moldy.. I thought it may have been the herbs but now I'm convinced it had went bad and they served it anyway. Again life goes on, the other cheeses were good.
To the omlette, the best way to describe it, is vomit inducing. The omlette could not have tasted worse. One of the nastiest if not the nastiest food I've ever had the pleasure to taste.
Toona tasted like bad avocados and some weird crumble along with the 2-3day old veggies. A very nasty sandwich by all standards. It did not resemble tuna in texture or falvour. It tasted like a 3 day old sandwich that was nasty the second it was made. Truly awful, but that wasn't enough it came with coleslaw and it smelled and tasted like it had gone bad a day ago.
Not only was the food not tasty and not fresh, some of it had gone bad and I'm sure was not safe for consumption.
If you'd like to give it a try, this amazing experience will cost you just over $100 USD. A bargain by all standards.
Stay away, I hope places like this get their s**t figured out or shut down for good.

Best meal we had in Miami. Looked stunning & loved every mouthful. The chef really is a star. The location was nothing special but the food was something else. It was plant-based dining at its best. Recommended.

Full Bloom - Edit
If you have money and wish to treat yourself to an upscale meal that looks better than it tastes...
Read moreA "high-end" vegan bistro that sells Coke & Sprite products... are those sodas actually vegan? This was really confusing.
Underwhelming and expensive.
We could've bought three lunches for what we spent at Full Bloom, and we ate at three other places while in Miami Beach for what we spent during this one meal, and we enjoyed that food 1000x more.
We salute Full Bloom for creating a nice looking menu and taking on the high-end realm of vegan cooking, although we found the food to be more art than sustenance. Full Bloom just wasn't for us - it's not our taste, this was more like a really nice expensive sweater, not a meal...
The nicest looking worst meal we've ever eaten. The dessert took 30 minutes to get to the table, it looked wonderful but tasted bland and uninspired.
Cons: Overpriced, Underwhelming, Uninspired

The food was very good! I had the vegan tuna sandwich. The waiter was friendly but her English wasn't great which made communication a bit difficult.

Awesome food and service. Don’t miss this boutique restaurant if you are attending an event or conference or just on vacation. I came with a group of 14 colleges. Recommendations: impossible burger, jackfruit ropa vieja, arepas, farro risotto.

Thoroughly enjoyed a delicious meal of truffled risotto capped with a to-die-for lava cake with gelato. Impeccable service and seriously great food (non-vegans will love it, too). A must for all visitors to South Beach.

mean waiter - Edit
Amazing food. Like super delicious. Even my family, who is non vegan, absolutely loved it. They were skeptical at first, but they loved every single thing we had. The waiter on the other hand, was pretty rude. They asked us if we wanted “still or bubbly water” we said still. We had no idea that meant it would be bottled and on the bill it was $18 for the waiter. We told him and he took it off, after calling us [censored] in Italian. Great food, mean waiter.

This place was a delightful surprise. The "impossible burger" is the best vegan burger I've tasted. The kale salad was great. And they have kosher certification. Thanks for a great lunch- we really enjoyed it!

Full Bloom Miami - Delicious! - Edit
Came here on a date night while vacationing in Miami. My boyfriend and I are both vegan. The apps, entrees, and desserts were delicious and there were so many great options. Good, attentive service. Very cool, romantic atmosphere. Slightly small portions, but that’s great because you can try more. Will probably come back on this very vacation to try more!

My husband and I took a carnivore and after eating here he said he could see giving up meat. Delicious food and great service. Highly recommend, but expect to spend about $30 or more per person, especially if you have a three course meal, which I recommend. Enjoy!

I was visiting Miami with my mom and we came upon this place. We went back as many times as possible! Almost everything we had was spectacular with one exception (the mofongos) which was a little bland, but I have lost my taste for fried food, so that could be me.

If you ever find yourself in Miami you need to make sure you grab a table here! With a selection of both vegan and raw vegan that is beyond super tasty, quick service and friendly staff, I have to give this place a 10 out of 10 and ended up dining here more than once so I could try as much of the menu as I could. If you are vegan or even just curious this place I highly recommend for everyone
