Snowmass Village Breakfast - Edit
Fuel seems like the only game in town for an early breakfast in Snowmass Village in the summer. They have breakfast burritos bagels smoothies and coffee. They have nondairy milk for the coffee. They have vegan sausage for the burritos. They do not have anything to substitute for the eggs in the burritos, tofu for example. Service is quick and the menu is displayed outside and inside.

Located in Snowmass Village outdoor mall area.
Read more- several milks available (almond, soy, coconut, and most importantly, oat)
- vegan sandwich marked on menu (avocado, very thinly sliced sweet potato, tahini spread, red onion, lettuce)
- several vegan smoothies, including green giant which was a burst of flavor. Made with soy milk mango, peaches, and bananas
- Bagel options (plain, multi grain, )
- We made our own vegan bagel sandwich with veggie sausage and tahini spread. Definitely can recommend this combo (even if it doesn't look pretty!) It was surprisingly good
- Coffee was decent
- Staff was very friendly
