Vegan cupcakes! - Edit
So happy I checked out this bakery per the Happy Cow listing! The Frosted Cakery actually has 2 locations in Fresno, each offering a selection of vegan cupcakes. I bought: lemon-poppyseed-raspberry, cookies and cream and snickerdoodle. So far, have only tried the lemon… one, topped w raspberry cream frosting; well-made, moist and satisfying! Staff were very helpful.

Hurray for vegan cupcakes! - Edit
Not a strictly vegan bakery, but had three different vegan cupcakes available today. We splurged and tried all three! All were like pieces of art--but even so I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into them...all amazing and so worth the calorie splurge. I wish they had a shop near our home in the bay area (hint hint). Would be exciting to see more vegan products from this bakery!

Killer vegan cupcakes - Edit
Big and bustling bakery in the Tower district with several of their super fancy cupcakes marked “V” for vegan. My non-vegan mother-in-law said after trying one, “It’s very hard to believe this is vegan!” The vegan cupcakes were $3.50 each and well worth every bite! They also have some amazingly beautiful vegan cakes and can do special order cakes with 2-3 weeks advance notice. The cakes looked like works of art!

Frosted Cakery has five vegan flavors in their shop: snickerdoodle, cookies and cream, raspberry lemon poppyseed, strawberry, and blueberry lemon! They are a bit pricey, but it is so worth it! Some of the best vegan cupcakes I've ever had!!!
