limited vegan options - Edit
April 2017: I needed provisions while in Seward for a couple of nights, and was underwhelmed by the choices in the store. The worker- who was very nice- did not know if any cafe and bakery goods were vegan, though the small cafe menu contained one soup that appeared to be vegan. I found an interesting flax yogurt in the dairy section, but unfortunately had better luck at the chain supermarket in town and would have stopped there first had I known about the limited vegan selection at Frontier.
Read moreMarch 10, 2020 I had almost the same experience as 3 years ago and maintain almost all of the above, but no vegan yogurt this time, and confirmed no cafe items were vegan on this day. We found some vegan chocolate truffles that we bought for a special treat- $10 for a 6-pack.
Pros: Bright, clean & organized, Some vegan coolers & shelf products, Very nice, friendly staff
Cons: Not enough vegan choices in cafe or coolers, Expensive

Better than nothing - Edit
This is a small store and really doesn't have a lot to offer. I was hoping to find some vegan food at the cafe but it was mostly just drinks. I did see a good amount of vegan products in the fridge though. I was in and out in five minutes.

Limited vegan options - Edit
No vegan milk or yoghurt. Only vegan food, which normally isn't vegan, was a $9 burger.

I have only checked the food, they also have a lot of other items, which might be vegan aswell.
Pros: Lots of bio/gluten-free food
Cons: Limited vegan options

Surprisingly good selection for small town store - Edit
It was great to find this option in such a small town in Alaska. Although the store is small (not surprising in a town of approximately 2,500 inhabitants), and not exclusively vegetarian/vegan, it had a nice selection of vegan and/or organic options, including a large variety of legumes and grains, canned items, household items, frozen items, vegan treats like cocomels, chocolate bars, vegan marshmellows, etc. Also, some days they prepare vegan soups.

Cons: Prices are generally higher than in lower 48
