Some options but not clearly labelled - Edit
I had the hummus and falafel wrap which was decent and came with chips and salad. But nothing was labelled vegetarian / vegan so had to go off ingredients and ask staff.

It was so nice to be able to have our breakfast in such a delightful little cafe in the heart of bexhill.
