Such a heartwarming owner runs business. The little Café has lots of nice, healthy but also sweet food.

I chose the Schnitzel Sandwich for take away. It was a bit wet because of the sauce after the journey but also delicious.
Absolutely high recommendation for this location!

I tried cheesecake as well. And mind you, it is not one of those raw cheesecakes. It tasted like it was baked, and it was creamy and fluffy.
And apple pie ice cream was amazing as well.
We tried savory burrito as well, and it was excellent.
There is no indoor seating, so for the cold weather, grab and go is the best option.
I can imagine it is beautiful to sit outside during the summer.

Amazing vegan oasis in Sazburg. They offer a variety of creative and highly addictive vegan desserts (such as a cookie dough croissant, "bronuts" brownie-doughnuts, or unforgettable banana bread with peanut butter) and creative vegan ice cream flavors (one of my favorites is yogurt with berries).

The owner is amazingly friendly and really seems to love what she is doing!
We tried a croissant filled with cookie dough which was delicious, and ice cream, which was also very good! They offer very creative flavours, and of course everything is vegan!
Definitely go there if you are visiting Salzburg!

We came late in the day so a lot was already sold out. We got a Burrito (very good) and the owner offered to quickly make a Schnitzelsandwich. It was made with normal toast bread. It was not bad at all, but after reading the awesome reviews here we expected it to be better. For later we brought two slices of cheese cake, which were good.

The Cookie Crossaints are great and the price is fair. I feel like the sandwiches are a bit too small for the price of 7 euros (but they taste great). The bounty icecream was also great. I was there twice and will come by again.

Went here on a summer day to get some ice cream, my girlfriend got a cinnamon roll. Both tasted great, but the real superstar for me was their excellent italian coffee. They also offer savoury snacks which I did not try.
Read moreI gotta say the amount of wasps at the location was a bit much (even in comparison to other places in Salzburg). The owner really tries to combat it (burning incense), but it's just not strong enough. The sheer amount of (thankfully friendly) wasps can be an annoyance if you're a bit afraid of them like my girlfriend.

I am always a returning customer at From Julia. I can definitely recommend the Schnitzel sandwich to anyone who is undecided. It tastes great to both vegans and those who are not. The great thing about From Julia is that there are always new products, more often than anywhere else. This alone practically forces me to keep coming back. If there were an award for the best vegan food in Salzburg, it would go to From Julia.

My favorite place in Salzburg - Edit
I've eaten here too many times already and it's very hard to pass by when I'm going to the university. The owner is extremely nice and the food is excellent so it usually doesn't last long enough for me to take a photo. They also have vegan Ice Cream (not gelato). Menu is rotational, so some things come and go.

Read moreGluten-free carrot cake was good. I didn't care for the GF brownie. Too wet/oily. My friend who is *not* gluten-free said the vegan croissant was very good.
They also had cooked food bowls, which we didn't get a chance to try. Vegan poke bowl and another bowl with lentils, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, etc.
Pros: Great location! , Gluten-free options, Vegan ice cream (not just sorbet)
Cons: Expensive (but worth it), No seating - takeout only, No bathroom

Wir haben 5 verschiedene Sorten probiert, alle waren absolut lecker. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Joghurteis, richtig klasse. Es gibt sowohl "klassische" Eissorten wie Schoko als auch Spezialitäten wie Marillen- oder Germknödeleis. Verkäufer*in war mega nett! (Tipp: Wer sich nicht entscheiden kann, darf auch Sorten probieren.)
