Delicious pasta and veggie burger! - Edit
The restaurant was very cozy and had lovely decor and aesthetic.
Read moreWe enjoyed the veganized seafood pasta entree as well as the vegan burger and fries. The pasta was a huge portion and loaded with veggies- sweet potatoes, broccoli, and olives as well as a meat substitute. I would highly recommend both if you’re in town and looking for a nice vegan dinner out.
The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the vegan items. Our server mentioned the restaurant is working on a separate vegan menu for future guest to easily navigate the different options.

Limited but good options - Edit
We preferred a vegan version of the seafood pasta, which was very flavorful and had a ton of veggies. We also ordered a vegan chicken salad, but they were out of salad greens, so we shared the broccoli tempura appetizer. Also, very flavorful.
Read moreAccording to our waiter these were the only vegan options at the moment. Overall, a solid choice, but limited and a little pricier than I would have liked.
Other reviews seem to refer to food available in the food hall next door.

Good vegan menu in the food hall - Edit
Part of a bigger place with several food spots (Pizza, Tacos, Thai, …) - you can order individually in the food hall and get together at the tables. We had Oumpf Salad with truffle fries, was very nice. Not everything here is vegan, but this place had a dedicated vegan menu!

This is describing one of the vendors in the food hall called Samuelson. Fraken Selfoss is a restaurant located next to the food hall.

Tasty dinner - Edit
Vegan menu with tasty options. The vegan lava cake was also good and a great way to end the meal. It is a food hall so I can get a bit noisy.

Truffle Fries : ) - Edit
They should nix the pagers. As you're dining you're barraged by the high pitched beep beep beep of pagers going off. It'd be way better to just have someone yelling people's names when their food is ready. Still this is better than a data grab of collecting everyone's cell numbers and alerting ppl that way.
Read moreBetter if they would include vegan options on the main menu so non-vegans may be enticed to order them as well.
Food and staff awesome.

I have eaten the Oumph Steak Sandwich and the Baked Nut Steak. The nut steak was much better dish, highly recommend! Great atmosphere in the food court.

Worth a stop in Selfoss - Edit
We liked this place so much we ate here twice during our Iceland vacation in January 2023. It was tricky finding it the first time as it’s located inside a food hall. Best to park behind the library. Excellent food and the best truffle fries I’ve ever had!

Would give this place 5 stars if Happy Cow let me. Entire separate vegan menu. We got the Oumph skewers, truffle fries, wild mushroom soup, and lava cake. Absolutely incredible and beautiful plating. Also the food Hall this is in is really nice place to hang

Great vegan options! - Edit
We came across this place as our hotel was right opposite, but after eating there I’d happily travel long distance for such a gorgeous meal, friendly service and cool environment. I can’t recommend highly enough that you go try the amazing vegan options on the menu, which were curated from the Veganuary menu customer favourites. Beautifully presented too, such an expected gem!

Great vegan menu - Edit
Great find in street food court with all vegan menu and delicious options. Mushroom soup was fantastic and the nut loaf with grilled veggies delicious. The chicken like meat replacements were also great, they even have gluten free options. Worth a stop!
