Delicious!!

I stumbled upon Frite & Bulle because I was hungry and there was not much in the area. I took the fried tofu just because I like fried tofu even if it’s usually always a bit disappointing and this time IT WAS NOT. I was surprised as how good the fried tofu was : it was really crispy on the surface and soft on the inside and it was so well seasoned, the taste was just SO GOOD.

It was so good that even if it’s not close from where I live I came back a few days later to try other items on the menu. I tried the 1,75$ fries : it’s a small item but it’s super well done with a good seasoning. I tried the fried oyster mushrooms but I was a bit disappointing because it was too mushroomy and not crispy enough : but for their defense I’m not the biggest fan of mushrooms and am really picky on their texture. Now I have to try the sweet potato fries and eat the fried tofu and fries for the 10th time ‘cause it’s just so good.

The manager is also super nice and you can drink a bubble tea, there is a lot of choice. All the items above are vegan, I will ask confirmation next time I go to be 100% sure because I’m not sure it’s indicated on the menu.

Pros: Fried tofu & fries, Perfect seasoning , Super nice manager

Cons: Not much space to sit in, Not everything is vegan
