Petit restaurant très sympa avec une décoration 100% Frida Kahlo et un fond musical jazzy/groovy. La carte est simple avec plusieurs tapas et quelques plats : difficile de s’y retrouver et de se faire une idée de ce qu’on va manger, mais le chef attentionné explique tout ! La cuisine est plutôt d’inspiration indienne/orientale et relevée. C’est une jolie découverte dans le centre historique de Perpignan !

C’est agréable de trouver un restaurant 100% Vegan à 2 pas du centre historique. Le chef était très attentionné, le service également. Le fond musical très bien choisi. A notre goût la cuisine manquait un peu de relief. Mais tout était bon, joliment présenté, fraichement cuisiné et fait avec passion.

The owners are very friendly and speak English. We had a three courses lunch and a one litre bottle of organic lemonade for 40 euro’s but we gave 45. Only the main dish was a bit more salty then we prefer, that’s why 4 stars instead of 5.

Sweetest in Southern France - Edit
The food is very good, relatively cheap and the ingredients are well chosen. I loved the different tastes and textures in the food, and coffee was excellent as well!! Everything is vegan and there are different dishes every day. The owner of the place is sweet and friendly and speaks English.

The food was so tasty and hearty, not small plates and not pricey at all!! The owners were charming and very friendly, not only with us but also our puppies, who can be a handful!

A little restaurant in the center of Perpignan, that serves a large choice of food. The hoummous starter was really nice, as well as the main course (spirulina pasta with vegetables). The owner is very kind and the place really nice.

Nous y avons dîné à quatre (deux adultes, deux enfants) et c'était vraiment très sympa. Le chef de cuisine est venu nous présenter la carte et répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous avons pris la daube provençale et le parmentier (veggie burgers et pommes de terre pour les enfants), ainsi que des tapas. Tout était délicieux. Les prix sont très raisonnables. Je recommande.

We ordered the daube provençale and the parmentier (the kids had veggie burgers with potatoes), as well as tapas. Everything was delicious. Very reasonable prices. We recommend it!

Amazing "amuse bouche," a galette of some sort. The hummus appetizer was outstanding, as was the main course. A vegetable casserole with tomatoes, cashew nuts, vegan cheese and lentils. I would definitely recommend!

Frida's is a well located restaurant with a well choose decoration that brings you to another place. The food is well chosen, you can taste some different combinations and textures, I think is a good place to eat when you want to try something different. About the people, I really liked the fact that they were kind and turned the atmosphere more cosy. I would definitely come back if I had the chance to be in Perpignan.

Accueil chaleureux, service et élaboration soignés, nous avons dîné dans ce lieu charmant, le chef est hyper sympa et très à l’écoute nous avons échangé quelques idées culinaires, n’hésitez pas à y faire un tour et permettre à la cuisine végétale de se faire une place à Perpignan !
