Plenty of vegan options. We had the haggis in burrito. Hearty servings but a bit of a mush- could have benefited from some beans to vary the texture. Good chips but the cheese nachos marked as vegan on the menu are an error- not vegan cheese

There are a fair few variety for vegan options that are marked on the menu. I had a salad bowl, which you can select your own toppings. Taste good in general, but quite small portion for the price, compared to other salad places.

Read moreMenu is clear with vegetarian and vegan options. You can choose your base (nachos, fries, burito, fajita etc - most of them are vegan, some GF which is also clearly marked), filling (2 out of 5 are vegan - not bad for non vegan place!) and toppings (again - most are vegan).
Selection of soft drinks and beers. Also - virgin and non virgin margarita, which is a little surprise: Fresh Mex is rather street/fast food place, not sitting and enjoying drinks one, but it's a nice touch anyway :)

Skin on fries - very tasty!

FreshMex offers burritos, fajitas, tacos, loaded fries etc with a choice of two vegan fillings - bean chilli and bbq pulled jackfruit., plus vegan toppings including guacamole and nacho crunch. Most options are available in small, regular or large sizes.
