Some options, nice food - Edit
There aren't that many choices for vegans in Benidorm, but the menu here has dishes clearly marked which is a plus. I went for the vegetable noodles which had Huerra (faux chicken) pieces in. It was nice enough, but probably a little pricey for what it is - but in all honesty I was happy to pay it for the sake of ease considering the lack of choice elsewhere in town.

Good Noodles - Edit
Fresh Urban Gastrobar in Benidorm is a chilled spot right by the beach. I had the vegan noodles, and they were fresh and tasty, with a nice balance of flavours. The menu doesn’t have a huge range of vegan options, but the noodles were definitely worth trying. It’s a nice place for a relaxed meal if you’re looking for something simple and satisfying. It is a little pricey for what it is.

Very rude staff - Edit
I asked about vegan options and the waiter was completely rude and declared me stupid for asking the difference between vegan and vegetarian symbols on the menu. He said it was the same but it obviously wasn’t. Extremely disappointed with this place and will never come back. We asked the kitchen which answered and asked for another waiter but still got the same rude one… bad service!!

They do oat milk for coffees, a vegan burger, smoothies, salads that can easily be adapted, a vegan marked wok noodle dish, and a vegan marked cold hawaiian salad.

I wasn't sure what to order as there seemed to confusion from reviews around the soy meat, so went straight to the vegan marked bean sprouts noodles dish. It seemed like faux chicken to me, and I wondered whether that was what they called bean sprouts and something had been lost in translation, or they didn't have any bean sprouts and swapped it for something else (whatever soy product they're using these days?).
There's a great view of the beach, service was quite quick, and a fabulous sunspot. (As an aside, Refuel next door can adapt a few of their veggie options, but I haven't added it to Happy Cow because it's less clear what's vegan without having to ask questions).
Four stars because though options are limited, it's one of the easiest places in Benidorm for vegans, in my opinion, and choices are small!

They have a vegan burger and a vegan wrap. Other dishes (except for the bowls, “we don’t do that) can be veganised with soy strips instead of meat (like in the Thai salad that another user mentioned) that come with a charge of 2€. I took the wrap which I think was boring, but okay. The carnivores were happy with their food.

They offer a vegan burger and a vegan wrap. Also all salads can be adapted to vegan with soya strips. (Avoid the balsamic dressing) I had the Mediterranean salad which was fresh and tasty. They also have oatmilk for coffee. Very friendly and helpful service and great location on the sea front with an outdoor Terrasse.

Don’t order the soya strips! In the wrap they are marinated in MILK (not sure about the noodle dish). It is called ‘vegan wrap’ but it is only VEGETARIAN.

There wasn't any real choice on vegan options, they do however have the Moving Mountains vegan burger which was well cooked and served with fries and some salad. We both enjoyed.

Not very much to choose from but the vegan burger (Heura brand) was pretty good. The staff is really friendly and the views of Benidorm's playa de poniente are outstanding.
