Best vegan option at BDL - Edit
I fly out of Bradley airport, Hartford, on a regular basis. I usually take food for the airport since there are no true vegan options. The Fresh City location was recently renovated (winter 2019/20), so I stopped by to give it a try. They make salads, wraps and bowls, all fresh to order. The menu gives combo options, but pick whatever you want. Several items are marked "V," and the employee was tolerant of questions clarifying if items were vegan. I made a custom bowl of asian flavored veggies and tofu over rice. It wasn't the best thing I've ever had, but certainly the best vegan option I've found at BDL.
