Mushroom Broth for Pho - Edit
Went here on a spur of the moment. I’m a vegan so I needed someplace that fit me and my meat eating daughters. They got pho (huge bowls), I got stir fried noodles with vegetables (they were thicker like drunken noodles and a sauce that was a little sweet-yum). Ordered spring rolls -4 large rolls!! I was definitely not disappointed. Good covid practices.

Good meal Sunday night - Edit
We had dinner here in November, 2018 on a Sunday night driving back to San Diego from hiking in the San Bernadino Mountains. While certainly not the best vegan friendly restaurant, it is certainly acceptable especially since Hemet doesn't seem to have many other options. Nice family run venue in a strip mall. Vegan options are clearly listed. Vegan pho hit the spot. Would visit again if passing through town but wouldn't go out of our way.

Nice vegan options - Edit
The owner and servers have been very friendly and are aware of what is vegan or not. The bahn mi is vegan without mayo. I have had the vegan pho and vermicelli bowl which were both pretty good. The chili sauce is made in house and vegan.
