Many vegan Options - Edit
I think the Shop is fully vegan now. They had many different pastries to choose from, mostly filled with vegan cheese and e.g. veggies or potatoes. Very delicous! The also have cookies, brownies and vegan cheese/yoghurt/meat to buy.

Warm and friendly, fresh juice, a few vegan eats - Edit
This is a sweet little spot to stop when on the road into or out of Thessaloniki. Service is very welcoming, with English, German, and apparently other languages spoken. I had a very nice fresh juice plus a vegan sandwich and a delicious vegan apple pie. There weren't any other cooked vegan options on hand, but this did me fine, and there were salads, too.

Fresco Bio Case is owned by a Greek-German couple, very open minded and interesting and fun. The hospitality is incredible and genuine, the food is simple and fresh.
Read moreDespina will make you your personal shake or smoothie, a sandwich to your wish - all with the best ingredients, organic and mostly vegan. (some vegetarian).
There are also great organic products, very good pastries in the morning (made my Despina, from whole wheat, spelt and more).
The extras:
Having a conversation with Despina or with Paris, her husband about, well, everything.
Petting the dog, Bershka, who looks like a little while whale, and likes to bark at pick up trucks.
