Yummy & balanced - Edit
I love having options & putting stuff together myself. It wasn't the cheapest but for the area it was totally okay. The portion size was perfect. They also had vegan fish and a bunch of tofu and I had the mix of greens and grains. Perfect to beat the Jetlag. You get the food instantly and can take it out or eat there.

「🥕Go❗️🌱Go❗️GoGo糕❗️」 - Edit
Fresca |

// 芒果南瓜麻糬 $30 //
-
// 全素蘿蔔糕 (Small size) $120 //
-
// 農莊班蘭糕 (Small size) $160 //

A rate vegetarian salad eatery - Edit
Environment: Cozy, cute, simple
Read moreFood: Items are marked vegetarian and vegan. There aren't many reliable vegetarian salad places in Hong Kong so this is a place I will recommend. It is a bit more expensive than Nood nearby but they serve quite different items especially if you like tofu and something Asian.
Service: Self-service
Price: Medium-high range
Pros: Melting pot of both western and Asian veg items
Cons: Limited seating and is a bit crowded

Love gluten free banana peanut butter pancakes! - Edit
Run by local family, serving home cooked style food. Close by 4/5pm.
Read moreThey have salads, warm food, gluten free bakeries, soup and decent seating upstairs.
I love their gluten free banana peanut butter pancakes, I would say that's the thing I get a lot. Besides that, the lunch box isn't cheap but that's soho/ central price for ya.
I love that it is run by local family, and they are super friendly and you can see them working together prepping food upstairs. It has a warm feeling to this place.
Would come back for sure
Pros: Gluten free bakeries, Veg Soup, Home cooked style meals
Cons: Price for lunch

Yummy goodness! - Edit
Loved the offerings. Basic salad at $70 for salad leaves and choice of 3 side dishes. Limited seating. Circular stairways upstairs is challenging especially for bigger people or pregnant ladies. When I was there a slim lady dropped her tray while navigating the way down.

Best lunch in HK! - Edit
Fresca is definitely my favorite restaurant in Hong Kong. My friends and I eat here regularly. The prices are very reasonable and amazing value because they really pack the box full. The menu changes daily and usually almost every option is vegan (they have one or two salads with some feta, and a couple non-vegan muffins. Everything else is 100% Vegan, including some vegan muffins!). The upstairs seating is nice or if it’s good weather you can walk 2 blocks and there’s outside tables you can sit at in the park below PMQ.
Read moreI eat here a couple times a week when I’m in home in Hong Kong. Highly recommend.
Pros: Menu changes daily, Great value / not too expensive, All vegan items marked “V”. Almost all vegan
Cons: Some non-vegan items

Great place, very busy! - Edit
I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch here. Ordered the large box and a tofu chocolate muffin because I hadn't had breakfast. Boy, did it hit the spot! I liked that you can choose greens, rice, or both as the base for your salad. They're very generous with their portions and they just pile it on. Only minus was the limited seating, but people don't seem to stick around after they finish. I'd simply avoid peak lunch hours during the week.

The salad selection is very good and the small box was filling enough for me for lunch. It does get expensive if you every day though. You can get 3 dollars of your bill if you bring your own lunchbox.

They really fill the salad boxes here -- you definitely get your money's worth! Wish it were all vegan, but I guess that's wishing for too much. The salads are fresh and tasty and the staff are super friendly.

Fun salads and great vegan chocolate muffin - Edit
Fun, tasty and healthy salads. Many Asian inspired options which makes this place a little different.
Read moreThey have two salad sizes but even the regular one at HKD 70 gets pretty filling as it can include whole grain rice as a base. They've been super friendly on the 3 or 4 times I've visited and let me try the different options first. I recommend the Korean bean paste tofu, Sichuan soy veggie chicken, and rice noodle salad. Pretty much all the salad options apart from the Greek salad are vegan.
Also highly recommend the vegan chocolate muffin! It is delicious... so moist and chocolatey and fluffy. They sell out most days so grab one if you see it!
I love that most of their ingredients come from a farm in HK and they have images of their staff in the farm on the walls. Nice upstairs seating although it's a little difficult to carry up your food via the spiral staircase.
Pros: Fun healthy salads , friendly service

Great food at Hollywood Road - Edit
My all time favourite players e to go for lunch or dinner when in Central. The tofu with bean paste is a must. Love the options and they are so friendly. It dies get busy over lunch which is a good sign that people are eating more vegetables and non meat products. You can even try the dishes before you decide to buy. They also encourage you to bring your own lunch box. What a great way to save the environment

3 of us lunched here today and all liked it very much. Good food, nice setting & vibe, good service. 85 hkd for a soup & salad in this part of town seemed pretty reasonable.
Do I give it 4 or 5? Tough question. For the mo 4 since it isn't all vegan. I may amend that in future.
Pros: Vegan friendly, Good food, vibe and service
