Fresh and adaptable - Edit
Food is fresh, had a nice salad and soup. Actual, live wait staff (many places in MSP you order on a tablet) makes it easy to request dropping meat products. For an airport, this is about as fresh and healthy as it gets.

Not our fave - Edit
Unfortunately, at 8:30 on a Friday morning they were completely out of the “Vegan Breakfast” my husband had his heart set on. So, we both ordered the blueberry cornmeal pancakes which were served with maple syrup...not so good. The pancake itself was bland and had very few blueberries. The syrup just didn’t go well with the other flavors.

Fine for the airport - Edit
They only have a few vegan options, and many are not available after a certain time or are sold out. I have been here several times when early for a flight and it has just been ok. The flagship location is better, although not by much in my opinion. Good enough if the line for a vegan sandwich at starbucks is too long.

Welcome find for the weary traveler - Edit
So we were flying through and had a layover in MSP (Minneapolis/ St. Paul) Airport, doncha know, and we had a great meal.
Read moreMy wife had th eveggie burger with some fantastic baked potatoe fries (herb roasted potatoes) and I took quite a few of those off her plate. I had the chili over quinoa with a circle of kale around it. The kind of food I really miss when we are traveling!
The food is served piping hot and the service is quick.
I wouldn’t fly to Minneapolis just for this restaurant, but any time I am there, I will surely stop in!

Burger is pretty good - Edit
The airport location does not have the promised tempeh Reuben, and that's a shame. The burger is good, but the waitress does not think the aioli is vegan, and don't forget to tell them no cheese. The salad option is vegan by default, even the dressing.

best for airport but still bad - Edit
This is the best you are going to find in the airport for vegan food. They do offer a few vegan things but not that many... However they do label it on there menu which is nice. I got the black bean chili and it was really really gross. The girl next to me even pointed at it and went “ew yuck what is that!” And when I told her she said “She would not touch it”. It is black bean chili put on top of kale... Wasnt that great. The staff were also pretty rude considering it wasnt busy. They didnt come up to me once to check on how I was doing and I had to call them over for a refill on my drink.

Some vegan options? - Edit
This place is maybe the best choice of all the eateries in the airport for vegan food? I'm not sure, but they do seem to have a couple salads, though the prices are shocking. They also have black bean chili, which is alright, but at least you know it's vegan. They sell some chips and fruit, too, which are also vegan.
Read moreHowever, for a bakery, at the airport, that is vegan friendly, I wish there were more selection like their storefront, but there is nothing vegan to appease the sweet tooth.
So, I guess it's a decent choice, but it's not the best place that any vegan would want to run to while in the airport. It would be nice to be more reflective of the non-airport location menu here.
Pros: Vegan options
Cons: Limited choices

Not bad, veg burger was passable, order without cheese. Spring salad was great with balsamic. Rated higher for being happy to have anything veg after weekend with relatives.

Good food. - Edit
I'm giving them 3 stars for limited vegan selection. From bakery they only had brownie. I was informed that they won't have anything for next few weeks. They need to order some vegan goodies. Not sure how hard is it to keep it stocked but shouldn't be that bad.
Read moreI got to the airport around 4:45 am and they were already opened. But they wouldn't take my breakfast order until 5. Even though everyone was there ready to cook they wouldn't open kitchen early. You can buy everything premade without waiting though. I got first in line at 5 and got my order in 12 minutes. If you need to get on the plane take it to go. I ordered tofu scramble which came with hash browns. It was decent for airport food. Brownie was good but I have had better. I'm not complaining though because it is hard to get vegan food at 5 am and at the airport so very glad I do have choices.
Soy milk available for coffee.
Hours of operation are nowhere to be found. I tried to call them day before and phone just kept ringing.

The vegan black bean chili with sautéed kale was DELICIOUS! A little heavy on salt, but overall excellent! Thanks for providing a vegan option for travelers through MSP!

So nice to have yummy vegan options in the airport - Edit
I was a little disappointed the tempeh Reuben wasn't on the menu anymore, but I had the vegan sweet corn arepas and they were amazing. Let's be honest, just having vegan options marked on the menu as such in an airport is such a blessing.

Delicious stop for a vegan at MSP - Edit
Was so happy to find a place on Happy Cow that offers ANYTHING vegan at MSP (airports can be really tough). Just had the vegan corn cakes here on a long layover and enjoyed them thoroughly!

Yum! The answer to your hungry airport woes! - Edit
I arrived here super hungry with 2 hours before my next flight. I already had French Meadow Bakery on my list as a vegan-friendly place to try. I ordered almost everything on the menu that was vegan... coleslaw, breakfast potatoes, tofu scramble, and some kind of savory corncake. It was all incredible! I was really happy to find this place. The service was quick and friendly, and the server was knowledgeable about vegan options. The food was tasty and varied! I would definitely eat here again! Much better than typical airport options. I'd go here if it weren't in the airport as well!

Several vegan options - Edit
While the menu here isn't as extensive as the one at the Lyndale location in town, and lacks some of my favorite vegan options from the original location's menu, there are still several choices for vegans here. Not bad for airport food.

Best option in MSP ... but - Edit
I've eaten here many times and in general breakfast is great and so are the soups. Some of the sandwiches I've had I wouldn't repeat. Veggie burger with slaw ($12.29) looks and tastes like a warmed up frozen patty and the Ruben was also disappointing. Not many choices in the airport and with the prices you might want to consider something else.
