Vegetable Jambalaya - Edit
Not bad! Very filling! But a drop spicy for sensitive palates and I couldn’t finish it on my own. I just got “sick of” the same textures over and over but good flavor! Maybe if I was a bit hungrier I could have finished it🤷🏻♀️

Delicious Jambalaya - Edit
There’s not a lot of options here but the vegetarian jambalaya is a must try. It’s not on the menu, you have to request it. Absolutely delicious!

Likely Contamination Issue - Edit
I had the veg jambalaya for the first time last week for an early lunch-time meal at Disneyland. By dinner time I felt ill (and subsequently didn't eat dinner), and later that night I was sick and vomited up the vegetable jambalaya from 10-12 hours earlier. Vegetables should've definitely digested by then, but since it didn't logic tells me something in it was likely contaminated in the kitchen. (eg: Large pieces of mushrooms were still in tact – that's not normal!)
Read moreNow I'm hesitant to try it again during a future visit. But at least it was decent on the way down. The only vegetables in it, however, were mushrooms, way too much onion, and green bell pepper.

Nothing vegan on the menu! - Edit
Disappointed to find out that the jambalaya has many different types of meat in it. There is not a single thing on the menu that is vegan.

The Vegetable Jambalaya isn't listed on the menu, but it's an option – you just have to ask for it. (It's $2 less than the Jambalaya with meat of choice.)

Decent vegan food. - Edit
Went back in June 2018. I’m happy there are vegan options at Disneyland, but they need better food. I had the jambalaya, and of course it had mushrooms. I’m not a fan of mushrooms, so I just picked them out. The veggies are seasoned good. You also have to ask for the vegan jambalaya. It’s not on the menus, because they have the pot in back.

Next door Vegan Gumbo Bread Bowl - Edit
Also check out next door at the Royal Street Veranda their Vegan Gumbo in the giant bread bowl! it is AMAZING! Well worth the $12 and super filling, you could split it, unless you are really hungry! Great for those "cold" California days at the park

Vegan option at Disneyland - Edit
Can get vegan jambalaya if you ask for it, served with white rice. Also had a small side of vegetables and a fruit plate. It was good, but expensive, however everything at Disneyland is overpriced.
