Was für ein tolles Essen, unglaublich guter Service, schönes Ambiente. Ich kann nur gutes berichten! Muss man selbst erlebt haben. Unbedingt reservieren, am besten bereits 1-2 Wochen zuvor. Immer voll!

Except for the dessert, the taste of the courses were ok or not good.
Read moreFor example, they put a raw carrot on the plate as one of the center pieces. The combinations of the courses were neither interesting nor a fit. The seasoning needs improvement.
When we handed in the critic, the male server came back and told us how we were wrong. In general, he had a condescending attitude.
For this price range, I expected more. I would compare it to a normal vegan restaurant, that is expensive, but it has nothing to do with fine dining.
Pros: Nice decoration
Cons: Not tasty, expensive for what you get...

We had reserved an outside place, but due to weather issues this could easily be changed to indoor seating. The staff was friendly and well organized. There was always fresh water on the table.

Bereits beim Betreten des Lokals würden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt. Das Restaurant ist vorwiegend in warmen Tönen mit viel Holz und Pflanzen eingerichtet, was sofort eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zaubert.
Read moreWir haben uns für das Drei-Gänge-Menü entschieden und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen: leckere, saisonale Speisen, die sehr kreativ kombiniert und obendrein ansprechend präsentiert werden. Mengenmäßig haben die drei Gänge uns trotz der recht kleinen Portionen mehr als ausgereicht.
Der Service war ebenfalls während des ganzen Abends hervorragend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Frea has become one of my favorite restaurants in Berlin. The staff is always very friendly, the interior is nice, the food is delicious (it’s not just vegan, but healthy plant-based cuisine) and above all it’s zero waste!

This place is incredible. Local, organic, seasonal, no-waste, vegan, craft beers and natural wines. I was brought here as a surprise by my partner for my birthday not knowing what to expect and I was just simply amazed. The food is haute cuisine and was outstanding. The natural red wine from the Palatinate was out of this world. Do not miss this place!

Very fine dinning in a cosy restaurant. The dishes were all fragrant and each ingredient complement the other very elegantly. The value of the restaurant are also very nice as the place is Zero Waste and has its own compost. We very much enjoyed ourselves and only regretted not staying long enough in Berlin to come back

We reserved a table here for my birthday and Frea had been on my list for a long time. It didn't disappoint: The food was great (just a bit too salty for me), service was great and I was able to buy their AMAZING sourdough bread to take home at the end. Highly recommend to eat at Frea - the whole concept is so inspiring.

Déjà conquise par l'initiative du 0 déchet, je l'étais encore plus par les plats absolument délicieux! Les plats sont travaillés, différents des restaurants vegan classiques. Nous n'avions pas réservé, nous étions sur le point de partir quand le serveur nous a rattrapé pour nous offrir une table. Vraiment gentil. L'endroit est assez classe, les prix correspondent à la qualité des plats. Vraiment, à tester, mais avant, réservez!

Their 3 course lunch special a great deal. 13 Euros for soup, main and a drink I skipped the bread because it was not gluten free. They had 2 option O had a delightful lentils with mashed potatoes.
