Truly fantastic vegan food - Edit
Very simple menu but both the wrap and bowl options are delicious - perfect mix of veg, seitan, vegan cheese. And the home made vegan croissants are too notch. Lovely friendly owner too!

Cute breakfast and lunch cafe - Edit
Super comfy completely vegan fresh food for reasonable prices. You can choose between a bowl (12.50€) or a wrap (8.50€), which change regularly. On their instagram you can see what they have at the moment (@fraise.cafe.menton). The owner (at least I believe it’s them) prepares everything on time and is a really sweet person! The cheesecake was also one of the best vegan ones I ever had!

Our favourite place to go in Menton - Edit
This place has the sweetest and kindest owner. The food is fresh and made from scratch - the bowl and wrap on the menu changes every week. We came two days in a row, because we liked it so much. The coffee was the best we had while in Menton 🙂

This vegan bakery offers two lunch options daily. We both got the sandwich, which was Greek today, and loved it. We finished with two croissants, one plain and one chocolate almond. The owner is so kind!

A small vegan cafe with a few lunch options a day (wrap, bowl) and pastries and croissants. We had the wrap, iced matcha latte, iced latte, a chocolate-almond croissant and a lemon and poppyseed muffin. Everything was very delicious.

Authentic French Breakfast, Lovely Owners - Edit
Amazing place for authentic French breakfast and coffee that is also vegan! We came here multiple times throughout our stay in Menton because we couldn't resist. The croissants and muffins were so tasty and the iced lattes and matcha were top notch. The owners were a pleasure to talk to and even offered us some local knowledge. Would highly recommend!

Really struggled to get vegan food in Menton so was delighted to find this gem on happy cow. Not many options but what was there was good enough and tasty. Very sweet lady who runs the cafe.

This is the only vegan place in Menton we found and it’s worth a visit. The owner is super nice and she even gives recommendations for vegan places in other cities around Menton. The croissants are to die for and the lunch option (we had a Buddha bowl that day) is delicious and freshly made. For dessert we had a chocolate mousse and it was so good.

Wonderful, friendly cafe - Edit
We went to Fraise Café a few times while we were in Menton. We loved all the treats, like the croissant, chaussons aux pomme, cupcakes and donuts. We also had a wonderful broccoli quiche with a beautifully delicious carrot salad. The drinks are also very good (must try the matcha latte!). If you find yourself in Menton it’s a great place to eat. Highly recommend!
