Nice option in the desert

Nice option for lunch. Not a lot of choices in Borrego Springs and this was our favorite. Had Kit fox salad and beyond burger. Salad was very fresh with a light and tangey lime vinaigrette. Burger was large, done well and served with LTOP and fried.
